Tyler sighed, huggin her to his chest. "Oh Abby... you are ready. Remember what I said? You are the strongest women I know. If you can't do this.. no one can. For a fact, I've seen other people recover which means you CAN do this. I believe in you." Tyler said quietly, looking out over the forest

she ducked her head when he pulled her close. she sighed as she looked up. she forced herself onto her tippy toes -strenght in those legs remember Abby- she kissed him softly. when she pulled away, she whispered "ok then..." her mouth tried to twist into a smile but she kept a straight face. "what first?"

Tyler smiled, happy she was feeling.. slightly better. He had a feeling his pep talks weren't the best... mostly because the only person he really ever had tried to cheer up was Abby. "We don't have to do anything next. Just walk around, take it easy, and enjoy ourselves." Tyler smiled again, his black eyes twinkling merrily. It was already halfway through the day... and Abby was doing amazing at this standing and walking thing. Tyler knew if his legs got paralyzed like that he would probably be too weak to even try,

she tried not to get ahead of herself, but her body tended to want to move faster than her legs could go. she huffed. she was getting frustrated with herself

Tyler helped Abby walk a little. He made sure to go slow... even though she tried to go faster at some points. He smiled at her, joyous at her progress. "See? You are walking just fine. Aren't I always right?" Tyler teased, running a hand through his black hair

she chuckled for a second before focusing on getting her leg high enough over the rock that she wouldn't hit it with her numb foot. she was going to soon but she kept going. she was determined and Tyler's determination also rubbed off on her. she stepped over the rock but the other foot wasn't so lucky. her shoe caught the top of the rock and she started to fall Edited at April 23, 2023 11:06 PM by Sky Stables

Tyler tightened his hold on Abby slightly, holding her up. He glanced around, looking towards slightly less rocky ground. Tyler knew Abby would get better in no time...

she stepped forward and almost tripped over another rock. she sighed and lowered herself to the ground, laying with her knees against her chest. she laid her head on her knees and sighed.

Tyler looked at Abby. "Rocks are difficult. Believe me... even I know." He offered. Tyler was quite clumsy when it came to very rocky ground... he was more of an upper body person. A climbing the tree person... a punching bag person... anything but a walking person. He sat down beside her, gently putting his fingers under her chin and raising her head. "I will start singing a song if you dig cheer up." Tyler looked at her, raising an eyebrow. "You know ever since the accident my singing voice has NOT been the same." It was true... it was different, but not exactly worse. Just very... different

She immediately put on a pouty face. She leaned against him, her head on his shoulder... her normal spot
