Can you do a embryo with a LC from a stallion you don't own or only a straw?

It does cost 30k to pull an embryo, there is a two day cool down between pulling the embryos.

You can pull 2 embryos per mare a month, you can pull 10 per stable per month. You have to have a straw or live cover to breed that embryo to. Then you implant it into a surrogate mare. Then the foal is born.
