"Babe,you were supposed to a.) not do a front squat b.) do a deadlift c.) not do a front squat." He said with a smile. "You know,now I want to try that.I can deadlift it easily.But can I front squat it is the question." Caden rubbed chalk on his hands and just stared at the bar for a moment.He shook his head before wrapping his hands around the bar,gosh was this gonna be hard.He lifted it into a deadlift,already at grusome force.He squatted down,bringing it to his chest.Caden thought of anything that had made him quite mad the past week or two.His mind filled with rage as he pushed the weight over his head before standing for a heartbeat,and then dropping it with a heave.

"But I still did it, did I not?" She questioned with a smile, wrapping her arms around him once he had finished. "Isn't that more weight than my usual?" She asked, kissing him

"Just...a...bout." He said as he breathed heavily from the weight.Caden took a few swigs of water. "Did'nt,you did'nt bring it all the way above your head.You almost did but,you did'nt.And yes,thats 50 pounds above my usual.Which means,I set a new PR and a new record for my team." he said with a smirk on his face.Sweat rolled off his abs where his shirt once was,and his hair soked with sweat. "That was a good workout for you huh?" He asks,visibly happy.

"Yeah." She admitted, intertwining her fingers with his. "Ready to head home? You could use a shower." She noted, gesturing with her eyes to his sweat covered muscles. "You're so handsome." She said as they got into his car. Once they got home, Rose happily doordashed a Lotus and a burrito for the two of them. "Go shower." She said, kissing him

"I need a shower and BioFreeze.Burned my lower back with the bar." He admitted.He smiled when she called him handsome and drove home. "Ok ok!You don't have to beg me to take a shower." He grumbled.The shower was refreshing and felt nice.He put BioFreeze on his shoulder and delayed putting his shirt back on until the gel dried.He also sprayed himself with a nice smelling colone he wore each day.Caden headed downstairs while waiting for his back to dry.

"Hey." Rose said, hugging him. She kissed his jaw. "You got a game anytime soon?" She asked, hoping he did. She yawned and went to grab the doordash from the front porch. She dropped the burriot next to him and drank her lotus slowly. She reached over and grabbed a donut. "Don't say anything about me having a donut after a workout. I don't care right now." She muttered, joking around with him, a smile on her face.

"Sup." He replied,hugging her back. "Uhhhh,no." He unwrapped the burrito and sank his teeth into it. "Listen,I just did a brutal AF workout and im eating a burrito which ehem,is more unhealthy then a donut so,im not gonna say anything." He said as he chewed more burrito.

(Night. Headed off)

Rose laughed at Caden's response, finishing her donut quickly. "I'll be upstairs." She told him, walking up to his room, phone and lotus in seperate hands. She set the lotus down on one of the siide-tables attatched to the bed and laid down on the bed, opening her phone and going through her pictures, deleting ones she didn't need anymore and keeping the ones she did. Once she had finished that, Rose watched more Tiktoks, movie trailers popping up every so often in her 'For you' feed.

"Of course you will." He mumbled as he finished the burrito.Murphy begged so Caden gave him some of the egg in it.He then headed upstairs and went into his football room.Containin jerseys,signed footballs from people such as Patrick Mahomes.He sighed as he picked up a golden trophy.
