Morgan felt her brows pinch together after a moment when he pulled away, and looked over at him in disappointment for just a moment, her whole body still alight from his touch. When he started to speak, though, she rested her forehead gently against his. She nodded, although she certainly didn't seem happy about the idea. If that was what he wanted... if that's what needed to happen to keep him safe, then she'd do it. "Alright," she whispered softly. She pressed a soft kiss to his lips, a light and gentle one. "Promise me you'll come back," she asked him quietly.

Caleb hesitated, not wanting to promise he would make it out alive. "I'll try my best" He vowed, kissing her cheek and laying beside her. He gently pulled her close, her body warm in his arms

Morgan furrowed her brows after a moment, although relaxed into him a little when he pulled her in. She groaned at his response, and wrapped her arms gently around him, burying her nose into him. "I don't like that you'll have to try your best," she whispered softly.

"I am comforted now that you won't be there. I will warn you that I won't be entirely happy and there may be blood..." He warned her softly

Morgan furrowed her brows softly after a few moments, and burried her nose into him. She knew he wouldn't be happy... but she could take him out of this situation entirely if he let her. She didnt understand why he wouldn't. She would take care of him. But... if this was the best he'd let her do she'd take it. She'd look after him once anything happened. "I know," she whispered softly. "And I'll help clean you up. Whatever you need," she whispered.

Caleb nodded, kissing her forehead. "Are you hungry or anything, love?" He asked softly, half getting up in preperation of getting her something to eat for dinner

Morgan looked up at him after a moment, and smiled gently. He did seem a bit better... he'd been so zoned out when he was at her, and she admittedly felt a little... used after everything had happened. She was glad that wasn't the case, and that he was genuinely worried about something. She loved him, and she knew he loved her, too. She wasn't one for pet names, but for him, she didn't mind. She rather liked it from him, actually. She stood up after him, and gave a soft nod. "Yeah, what do you have?" She asked lightly, following him downstairs and going to sit on the counter.

Caleb smiled at her and pecked her cheek. "I can make anything for you." He said softly, hands on her thighs. He gently ran his hands a small way up and down her legs, really just trying to give himself something to do more than anything. "Also, have I told you that I love you?" He asked quietly

Morgan nodded gently to him, humming in thought before shrugging. "Surprise me then," she chuckled happily. She wanted to see what he could make, really... it would be fun to see what he came up with. She was sure she'd enjoy anything he came up with. She placed her hands over his when she felt them in her things, and gently squeezed his fingers together. "You tell me all the time," she mused softly, and leaned up to press a light kiss to his lips, her eyes softening. "And I love you too. More than anything," she whispered.

"I still don't say it enough, though." He muttered, walking to the fridge and getting stuff out for chicken alfredo. He quickly cooked the meal, enough for both of them, and served the dish. He placed a bowl on the bar for her and grabbed his, sitting beside her spot. He smiled at her and took a bite, glad he could do something for her. He'd taken the elective of cooking/baking class all through school up to this point in senior year
