(All good! Have fun :)) Anya stumbled along behind the girl, a light smile painted on her face. Lizzie was so buzzy - It was different from what she was used to. Her cousins couldn't have been much older than Lizzie... they were probably about the same age, though, they didn't have quite so much life in them... if they did, it all went into tormenting Anya. She followed Lizzie around for a while, pointing out cute little pins and trinkets as they went. She had given Lizzie another little pocket of shillings so that she could get whatever she wanted, without taking it out of Sage pay. Anya found herself peering around a little sweet stand, filled with all sorts of candy. They were a little pricier - but Anya had a sweet tooth, and found herself stocking up on chocolates and caramels. She tilted her head at Lizzie for a moment, "You want some of these?" She asked, offering a little bag. She wondered if Sage liked such things. He didn't give off the whole sugary vibe, but she thought it would be nice to get something nice for him, especially considering he was stuck in a room with some stranger for the night. She raised a brow slightly looking from the stand to Lizzie, "Do you think your brother would want anything?"

Lizzie giggled and took a piece of chocolate and tried it, and her eyes widened and she nodded vigorously. "Anyone who wouldn't like this is insane," she chirped with a giggle. "Sage is weird but even he isn't that weird!" Lizzie was definitely enjoying being with Anya. She hadn't expected her to give her any money, but she had, and it was super nice of her. "You know, I'm glad Sage met you. He hasn't had anyone he's ever talked like that to before. Normally he pushed himself away from people. Tries to get them to dislike him so hes more in his comfort zone. He knows survival, fighting, that kind of thing. He doesn't really know what to do when it comes to anything else. He looks cool and like he knows what he's doing but he's probably freaking out." She grinned at Anya. "He needed a friend. And you make a great one!" Sage closed his eyes, deciding to try and rest, although he probably wouldn't sleep. Rest was better than nothing, and if he didanage to fall asleep, then great.

The girl nodded and picked up another two bags, one for her and the other for Sage. Anya felt her cheeks turn up into a bright grin as Lizzie spoke. Sage had trouble with people, she knew as much. She had expected him to have a few friends at least, though. He wasn't unlikable, not by far, but if he was trying to make himself dislikable, she could see how that would cause people to steer clear. She had almost considered herself lucky that he hadn't done that with her. He was probably too tired to do that when they first met. "I like Sage... he's honest, and I don't get that very often. He does as much for me as I do for him." She shrugged slightly, a smile still floating on her face,"I'm just happy that he's comfortable with me. Our night would be boring if not." She murmured before glancing at the ground. She took another look around the market, trying to find a stand that sold hot food, "were you still wanting something to eat?"

Lizzie grinned up at Anya, eyes twinkling. "Well I'm glad you two met. And it means I can play with someone Sage trusts!" She looked over at the food carts and nodded. "Sure," she giggled. "I'm always up for food! Get whatever you want and I'll take the same thing....I can't choose it all looks so good!" She skipped over to the carts, holding Anya's hand as she went. (I'm in the car so it's a bit short)

(No problem lol) Anya waddled towards a few of the food carts, looking over what they had before dissing them and moving onto the next one. She had no doubt that it looked good to the towns folk... but she simply wasn't one of them. She had been raised on the finer things. To her, everything here was a bit... bland. Eventually, though, she found a small cart selling hot food. Everything was a little pricier, but it looked good. She put in an order, probably something light times two, before her name was shouted and two meals were handed to her. The girl stood for a moment before turning to Lizzie and handing hers over. She was going to suggest that they just sat out where they were, but the slurred voices coming from a small crowed put her off. If she was going to get caught, it wasn't going to be with Lizzie around. She wouldn't forgive herself. "Want to go out to the lake? It's super pretty out there!" Anya chirped.

Lizzie took the food with a smile and nodded with a huge grin. "I like the lake," she chirped. "It's nice and peaceful out there!" She held the food in one hand and took Anya's free hand in the other hand started skipping back in the direction of the lake. Meanwhile, Sage's woman woke up and started packing, complaining that she was traveling and had to leave so early. She bustles about and sage definitely did not offer to help her. She ran out of the room hurriedly and he waited a few minutes to make sure she was gone before turning on his heels and climbing out the window, taking a relieved breath that he was gone.

Anya nodded with a grin and walk/jogged along next to Lizzie as they wandered down to the lake. Anya wanted the sight of the lake to become one she would remember for a while. It was so peaceful... like something that came straight out of a novel. She could see why it was an easy favorite of Sage's. Once they arrived, Anya found a place under a tree and plopped down before starting to munch on her food. When she was little, Anya had been taught to eat everything she could, because there was a chance it might be her last meal. Of course, she was too privelage for such a thing to happen to her. Even if she came out of the throne, there would always be someone about to get her on her feet. It made her wonder though. Did Lizzie do to taught or as such? Sage never told her if he had or not, but it was sort of implied that he hadn't. She cocked her head at the girl for a moment, "Do you go to school or anything?" Anya questioned as she set her food aside. She was sure her brother would have taught her everything he could, but academic-wise, it didn't seem like an awful lot.

Lizzie swallowed the food she had in her mouth and shook her head. "the only school we have down near here is way too expensive. Sage tried to send me for a year but it wasn't worth it, and he couldn't make enough to keep it going. He taught me what he knew, but he never went to school at all, mom taught him to read and write before she died." Lizzie thought for a second, scrunching her face up cutely. "The year I went I learned pretty much what mom had taught him, so most of what he taught me was survival skills and making me practing my reading and writing." Sage stood outside the tavern for a minute before deciding to head to the lake. If Anya had found Lizzie they would probably end up back there. And if she had gone home, he could sleep. Either way he would enjoy the rest of the night. Or, rather, very very early morning. He started walking, a bit sore and stiff. He examined himself as he walked...he had bruises on his wrists in the shape of fingers and a small bruise where his shoulder met his neck. His lips were probably a bit bruised too, but he couldn't be sure. He sighed and shrugged it off. It wasn't that bad....the woman hadn't been incredibly rough or anything and it could have been worse.

Anya pouted slightly. She supposed if they didn't need to read or write amazingly, then they'd be better learning how to look after themselves. It was strange though. She would have done anything to get out of being tutored, whereas there were people out there who didn't even get the chance. Though, if they couldn't do simple academic tasks, then the chance of their ranks and jobs improving seemed... low. They were already at a disadvantage, and they couldn't do anything about it. It didn't sound like Lizzie saw much point in school though, which was fair. All it was doing was taking their money and giving little back. Anya finished her little meal before resting her head back against the tree. "What do you do all day then? You must get bored while Sage is out."

Lizzie giggled and shrugged. "I make up games and imaginary friends to play with. The forest is full of fun things to do." She grinned up at Lisa, licking food off of her fingers. "If I don't think about being bored I won't get bored. I just find something to do!" Sage walked up behind Anya and then sat down next to them with a grunt. "Looks like you two are getting along nicely."
