Niki was arguing with herself again until she jumped up at the nearby crack of a stick. She scrambled to her feet and backed up while looking around for whatever made the noise. What had it been? A deer or some other animal walking around at night? Or was it that werewolf from earlier? 'Has he hunted me down,' she thinks nervously as she starts to back up, 'oh god.. Am I going to die?!' She back up some more, a bit quicker this time, before she tripped over a tree root and fell back with a small squeak. She landed on her back and her head landed into the side of a tree behind her. Niki groaned and sat up with rubbing her head, wincing at the pain now coming from it. 'Get it together Niki,' she thinks.

Tyler took in a quick breath as the girl scrambled up. His brain told him to go away quietly yet his mouth was obviously not listening. "I'm sorry, i'm sorry. Don't be afraid, I'm really sorry." Tyler said quietly, his feet carrying him away from the shadows so he was at least visible. His voice was deep and soothing now, yet it had a battle hardened tone to it. -What if the girl screams? People will come and I will be a goner- Tyler thought, his bushy black eyebrows furrowing with worry as his mind strutted elsewhere. Then another thought came to mind, one that made him sick to the stomach. -I could just kill the whole town- Tyler thought, his face almost contorting. He would never do that. He could never. It would haunt him until an arrow shot him in the back and he never woke up again.

(Apologies for not replying. I will be busy this week and next week but I will try to reply when I can) Niki looked around trying to figure out who was talking to her before spotting the figure stepping out of the shadows. It took her a moment before she recognized the man, her heart stopping in shock. "Y-Your the guy from earlier," she says and moves back some before until her back was against the tree. Her mind tried to wrap itself around what was happening before she blurted out, "Have you come to kill me?" Her eyes widened at her own question and she put a hand over her mouth before saying quietly, "Sorry... But please don't kill me.." Her eyes showed her fear but they also had a hint of curiosity in them. Niki was never one to run from danger. Well- she would but then her mind would drag her back to it and investigate. 'Guess this is karma,' she thinks as she looks the man up and down.

That's okay! Thanks for telling me )) - Tyler winced slightly as the girl reacted in a bad way, but not the worst way possible. -Eh, she didn't scream or faint. I'd call that a win- he thought hopefully. He kept his posture as non-threatening as possible, but Tyler was just a terrifying man in general. Just how he looked... wearing all black, having black hair, black eyes, his height and size... it all added up. At the girls first comment Tyler nodded slowly, but at her second he looked shocked for a moment before quickly clearing his face. "No no, nothing like that. I will not... kill you." Just saying the words made Tyler wince. "I was just taking a walk when you came along, and I didn't want to startle you. So I stayed quiet, and that's when I tripped on a stick. That's the whole story." He said, his voice rather gruff... but soothing at the same time. "You actually startled me at first, but right now I just wanted to apologize. I didn't mean to scare you and I really do feel bad about earlier, sadly that was a deep werewolf gene taking over, and I kind of lost my brain somewhere in the unknown." Tyler explained slowly, not really knowing why he was trying probably for a lost cause.

She listened as the man said that he wasn't going to kill her plus he didn't look ready to pounce on her or anything. Her eyes scanned him up and down and admitted that he did look pretty threatening despite being in a calm pose. But Niki believe in the "don't judge a book by it's cover" for when it came to most people. She listened carefully as he explained why he was there and apologized for earlier. Niki didn't understand fully about this "deep werewolf gene" but understood the idea the guy was explaining. She then stood up and wiped the dirt off of herself before taking a few steps, cautious ones though, towards the man. "I- I suppose I accept your apology," she says as she looks at him again, "sadly I think we just got off of the wrong foot and met at the wrong place and the wrong time." She giggles slightly, hoping to clear some tension before holding out her hand, "I'm Niki." (Ah yes shaking hands with the guy that almost killed you :) )

(Totally and completely normal. Tyler is mortified for life XD)) - Tyler shuddered slightly, hating that feeling. The feeling that's you were being watched, scanned, judged. His gaze flitted around as he almost just thought about escaping. Run a couple miles away, rest for the night, and take off in the morning. That sounded nice at the moment. When the girl moved his gaze snapped back on her warily, and he almost took a step back. -Oh STOP it. You are FINE she is THREE TIMES smaller than you- Tyler's brain snapped at him. He nodded at her first words, but his brow wrinkled slightly at her second sentence. When the girl introduced herself and held out her hand, Tyler was... stunned. -wait wha? Why?- He thought, his face staying mostly normal but inside he was confused. -She may have memory loss issues and go to a mental health clinic, because she is trying to shake hands with a Werewolf that attacked her. What?- Tyler thought again, looking warily at the girl. "I guess so... nice to meet you... Niki." Tyler stated slowly, not letting his confusion show in his tone. He shook her hand, but drew back rather quickly, a little appauled by her friendliness. Tyler was the guy that would go to all costs to avoid people, and here was this girl shaking hands with her attacker. Tyler finally remembered that most normal people also introduce himself back, and although he was a far cry from normal... he decided that may be a good idea. "I'm Tyler..."

Niki watched his movement and wasn't surprised at how hesitant he was to shake her hand. She was always seen as a strange person, especially when she was younger. Instead of keeping away from the strong, scary people at school Niki attempted to befriend them, which worked most of the time. She tried to see the good in everyone and didn't like to hold grudges with others. "Well nice to meet you Tyler," she says with another friendly smile as the man says his name. She wondered if she was annoying the man or confusing him on how friendly and calm she was. Well- she wasn't exactly fully calm. In the back of her head she was arguing with herself on whether to stay or run for her life. 'There is a literal werewolf in front of you,' she thinks, ' he could rip your throat out if he wants to and no one will know where you have gone.' Her mind drifted with this thought and to her father's reaction when he got the news about his daughter. 'No,' she thinks and pushes the thoughts away, 'that won't happen.' She looks back up at Tyler, since he was obviously much taller than him. "Well I suppose I should get heading back to my place," she says, "it was nice to meet you." She begins to walk away but stops, turns towards Tyler and says, "Try not to kill anyone ok? Most people will go to the police, unlike me." She said the last two words quietly before walking back down the path she had taken to go back to her apartment.

-Ooookay I'm not dead yet, just staring at someone crazier then I am- Tyler calmed himself slightly, though he still felt a little unnerved by the way the girl was watching him. When the girl... Niki... spoke for the first time he nodded, but when she spoke for the second he let out a very quiet breath. A little bit of a thankful breath, actually. "Good idea." He agreed quietly, ready to turn and leave... but when he heard the footsteps stop he looked back. -Oh that's nice. Like I was planning on it- Tyler thought grumpily. "Believe me, I won't." He answered, keeping the growl out of his voice that wanted to sneak in. Tyler then left into the woods and went back to his small cabin, rethinking things over. Well one thing was for sure, the girl had confirmed she wouldn't call the police. That was very good.

Niki smiled slightly once Tyler had confirmed that he wasn't planning on attacking anyone else. She then made her way back to her apartment rather quickly, just in case, and locked the door once inside. She then sighed and headed to her room to get some sleep. She looked at the time and let out a groan as she saw how late it was. 'Jesus I am exhausted,' she thinks once she had changed clothes and collapsed on her bed. Almost instantly she fell asleep and faintly dreamed of the werewolf- or should she say Tyler. The dream changed between different events that could happen. For one he could hunt her down and kill her, second he could just ignore her and they continue life normally, but there was also a few other options that were a bit more confusing to her.

Tyler pretty much paced in circles for hours in the cabin. He would have worn a hole in the floor and started his feet on fire if he went for much longer. After he started to feel so tired he might collapse... Tyler sat heavily on the shambled bed and put his head in his hands. Why didn't he just leave and reduce the risk Niki might just be... faking it? Just to get him all comfortable before she called the cops, or maye she was so terryfied her brain didn't work correctly and she said things she didn't mean. -Anyone who wasn't a little scared in that situation would be an idiot, sooo- Tyler thought grumpily. His brain never did well under a lot of stress... so he was freaking out a little.
