When the time came, she would think of something to play on Sage. She had his trust, and she didn't want to lose that, or else she might not get it back. Whatever she did, it had to be something to keep her good standing with him. She'd have to think about it. She looked at him with a smile. "If someone annoys me enough that I need to prank them of all things, you can bet it's not going to be 'fun,'" The girl chuckled, looking around as the town came into view. The gurgling and droning of the leftover junkies from the night before filled the air around the village, suddenly making everything seem a little dimmer.

Sage laughed and shook his head. "Not for them it won't. For you it will. Can't go wrong with a good prank." He looked around the village, taking note of how many people would probably come crawling into the tavern to nurse their hangovers. When they stopped by the tavern he stopped outside to say bye to Anya before slipping inside and immediately getting yelled at to start working so he sighed and put the apron on and got to work.

Anya wandered through the castle, dodging the sight of maids and guards. She had really become quite good at avoiding them... She had found the quickest route to her room, and had become quite good and figuring out when people really started their work. The servants all lived on the lower floors of the castle, and they wouldn't start their work on the higher floors until about four-thirty. It was roughly four. There were a few hard workers up earlier, but it was relatively easy to avoid them. She slipped back into her room before flopping back on her bed and taking a deep breath. She found herself thinking -hard- about how to prank Sage. Something different, but not boring. She wanted it to make him laugh. Her thoughts eventually lead her to sleep, though was rudely awoken by the sound of doors slamming shut. She glanced around, seeing everything set out as normal. Three outfits, a tray of food, her schedule, and a small note, reading, 'dress well! We have guests to meet." Her mother's writing no doubt. She would normally come hand have someone do her up if she was going to be out in the public, to make sure everything was next to perfect. Though, she didn't expect this to take long. The girl would look fine, presentable, at least, then she would go sit for a fitting.

Sage bustled about, getting tables and chairs ready, full of menus and whatever else the owner wanted on the tables. Customers started arriving as early as five, and as the morning lengthened more and more people started coming. It was a busy day, but nothing too busy. He kept an eye out for anyone causing a ruckus, although nothing had happened yet. Maybe it would be a somewhat good day...everyone seemed to be quietly nursing hangovers instead of getting loud and ranbunctious. That was good, although he was getting a bit bored. He would take boredom over extreme work fatigue any day, though, so he bustled about with less of a scowl than usual. He was still busy and working though, so he definitely didn't have a happy face on.

The girl got herself ready before wandering of of her chambers before anyone had the chance to herd her towards the court yard. If she had to endure a tedious welcoming, she refused to be chased there. There had been extra servants hired for their guests, prepairing rooms and ready to tend to their every need. Of course, their guests were of high esteem; lords, ladies, dukes, duchesses and even royals from kingdoms over. No expense would be spared for them. They had to ensure everything was perfect. Of course, they brought their own array of servants, though, it meant they would have extra hands about, and that the maids and servants could have some time to themselves aswell. The queen waited for her patiently, though, she was clearly buzzing. The king was stood closer to the gate, ready to be the first to greet them. It was a shame Anya didn't have the same enthusiasm towars affairs such as this. All the arrival of new higherups meant to her was that she was going to have trouble getting out in the evening. The whole time she was there, she didn't say anything but, "Welcome," or, "Have a wonderful stay." What was she? A hotel owner? Thats what it sounded like, at least. She had a few words in reply, though, it wasn't anything she particularly needed to know. Once everything had been settled, shr was rushed off to a seamstress to have plan things out. This, she actually enjoyed. Given, standing still for about and hour wasn't her idea of fun, but picking out colour and helping to design something that she would eventually wear was pretty exiting. Once she was done, the girl made her way back to her chambers. Servants were rushing about while their guests and their little helpers were recovering from their journeys, supposedly, at least. She had already seen a small group leave the walls and wander on into town. Anya rummaged about for some cash and this time put it in a little pocket before she flopped back down on her bed once again, trying to get just a little sleep before heading out again. She had a feeling she would need to have her wits about her... She wouldn' be able to do that if she was half asleep.

Sage had a relatively busy day, but nothing incredibly interesting happened. It was as he had expected... everyone stopped in, quietly sat at a table, and ordered a light drink to try and quench their headaches from drinking so much the few nights before. He was hanging up his apron and cleaning some stuff up before leaving when he was approached by the tavern owner, who told him that he was going to stay in a room tonight since he was the only one left. Sage sighed but couldn't really argue with his boss. Besides, even if he had wanted to argue, he wouldn't have had time to before a woman looking to be in her late twenties walked over to him and grabbed him by the wrist and dragged him with her as she grabbed a key and bounced up the stairs. Sage sighed internally, not really wanting to go along with any of this but knowing if he didn't he would be in a whole lot of trouble. When the lady finally fell asleep he scribbled a note out and connected it to a small rock that was in the room before tossing it out the window. It told Anya what he was doing, and told her to go find Lizzie and give her the money if she still wanted to do something that night. Lizzie would enjoy the time with Anya. All sage could do was hope Anya got the note and wasn't too upset. He flopped back in the bed quietly, rolling into the position he was in when the woman fell asleep so she wouldn't know he had moved

Anya forced herself up from a short winded sleep before wandering out of the castle, swinging the little pocket of cash on her finger as she walked. She looked groggy... Like a mess really, but found herself a little giddy to be out. She had always enjoyed being out... though now, she had someone she could do that with. The girl glided through the woods... the same heat of being watched burned through her back, though, it didn't seem to bother her so much anymore. The girl plodded towards the tavern, waiting patiently on the steps for Sage to emerge. She had been sitting... maybe ten minutes or so before hearing a soft thump land under the ground. She cocked her head before going over to investigate. She barely spotted a pebble with a little note attached to it. She quickly skimmed through it - or tried. (He was right when he said his handwriting wasn't the best.) The girl took a glance up at the window with slightly furrowed brows before thinking about what to do. It would be nice to spend some time with Lizzie, Anya could use some of her happy-go-lucky attitude, but she didn't have a clue where the girl would be. Most likely her house, but that freaked her out a little. Their father seemed terrifying to her, but she supposed if it was Lizzie rather than Sage she wanted, then he might be a little calmer. She wandered down a little path and into the little alley where their house sat before pressing three soft knocks on the door, praying it would be Lizzie who would open up.

Sage lay there awake as he hoped that Anya had gotten the note. And also that she could read it. That thought brought a slight chuckle to his mouth, so he looked over at the girl, who shifted in her sleep and wrapped an arm around him. Thankfully she never woke up. Sage huffed an annoyed breath out of his nose and stared out the tiny window out at the starts, wishing he was out there. Or, rather, wishing he was anywhere but here. Lizzie bounced over to the door and when she saw it was Anya a bright smile spread across her face. She bounced out of the house, closing the door behind her. She knew better than to talk where they would wake her father up. He wouldn't hurt her, but he might hurt Anya and she didn't want that. "Sage is busy tonight, right," she chirped. "He told me before you might stop by one night," she giggled. "He said hes in the bedrooms, he must be cleaning again." He skipped off the steps, as carefree as ever. "anyway, what would you like to do?"

Anya gave a small nod as she offered the girl a smile, "We can do whatever you want! I saw some small trades stands out, so maybe we could have a look through those?" The market in the town was buzzing again - clearly trying to make some money with the wave of people that were starting to come in. She was more than happy to give Lizzie some money to get herself something with. It meant Anya could wander around as well. She could also get to know the girl a little bit while doing something fun... in her element, as you say. The shops were spread quite a distance apart, so it meant she could see anyone who might be of concern coming. "Or we could just wander around. That might not be very exciting though." She shrugged. Anya wanted Lizzie to enjoy herself as well, and while Anya was perfectly fine just walking, she thought the girl would simply get bored.

Lizzie giggled and shrugged. "We can look around the market place! I don't know what all vendor are there, but definitely some food and clothes, and sw trinkets as well. You'll like it!" She grabbed Anya's hand and slipped away, towards the vendors and marketplace, humming happily to the beat of her atride as she went. "We can go back to the lake to eat if we get something, or we can stay here! It's up to you," she chirped happily as she skipped along, wavy hair bouncing in the slight breeze. Sage continued to lay around, not falling alseep ... He was much too uptight for that. He always was, he never knew what to expect from these people, and so far the woman he was with hadn't been the gentlest. She was alright in the fact that she wasn't incredibly rude, but she still saw him as an object, which made it all still not very good. Besides, he could never enjoy it. (I'm going camping with the guys for a few days so I won't be on much after this morning until Thursday)
