Midnight nodded, deciding to trust the stallion "Alright" She stood next to him and grazed scratching her hoof

He stood looking around he didn't tell midnight About the outlander stallion but where there was one there was more

After eating a bit of grass Midnight thought, she came to a small conclusion and sighed, stepping away from Lucifer and looking at him "Lucifer? There's something I should probably tell you... I wasn't going to but I figured you'd find out eventually." Midnight looked around then blew out "You know how you said i was acting 'Off' before? Well that was because lately I've been struggling.. I think i'm pregnant..." Midnight said looking at the ground for a minute. After a moment the mare looked at him again "It happened before we met, it wasn't my choice actually... I came across this aggressive stallion a few months ago... He tricked me into following him, leading me to a herd of stallions, they call themselves the Outlanders? Ugh i can't believe i was so stupid! I haven't trusted another stallion since... Well until you of course! But you earned my trust unlike those pigs" Midnight explained with a sigh, she looked at Lucifer "Are you... Mad?" She asked

Lucifer listened and now understood why that outlander was so close. "Not mad" he said when midnight asked. He felt bad for here and knew he now had to be honest. "Used to be guard for them. Protected them" he said looking down. "At the human camp there was an outlander. He now dead"

Midnight felt a huge pang of relief when Lucifer said he wasn't mad, she gave a strange look to the stallion when he said he used to work for them "You were? Why?" She asked. But quickly realized it didn't matter WHY Lucifer was was with them, she ignored her silly question and focused on the fact that he left them.

She took a small step back in slight shock "There was a Outlander?" Midnight's body stiffened at the thought, she looked at Lucifer when he said the Outlander was dead "Not that I like killing other horses... But in this case, good on you Lucifer!" Midnight said offering a smile to him, she looked towards the forest "I don't think i'm due for a while... I wonder why they're monitoring me?... IF that's why that one was here, maybe he had a different reason?" Midnight spoke quietly so only Lucifer could hear

lucifer listened "he was after a few human mares" he said calmly

Midnight closed her eyes and shook her head "Poor mares... That would of REALLY drawn the humans attention! Outlanders are so dumb! At least you helped them" Midnight said giving him a quick nuzzle then trotting around the field more relaxed

Lucifer nodded and grazed again. He headed the humans mares and saw them come out. The humans seemed nice and came and there a few apples down. Lucifer munched on one happily.
