| Heat Wave! (Mad-Lib) Last week, it was so (adjective) outside! After being cold for several (measurement of time), we experienced the (superlative adjective) (time measurement) in history! It heated up to (number) degrees. It felt (adjective) and the (noun) was (verb-present participle). It was too (adjective) to stay inside all day, so I (verb-past tense) my (adjective) (vehicle) and went to the (place) to go (verb-present participle). I spent (number) (time measurement)s outside until I began feeling (emotion) and hungry. Since I had already packed a lunch consisting of (food), (food), and my favorite, (food), I stopped for a bite to eat. I washed it all down with a (noun) of (liquid) to drink.
