Lucifer finally gave up and hit a final note on the piano, ending with an ominous boom. He stood, irritated, and undressed, collapsing in his giant black bed and staring at the ceiling like he was burning a hole through it. "I really hope tomorrow is an interesting case... because I'm going back. Definitely going to pull some strings." He mused in his strong British accent, closing his amber eyes and falling asleep.

The next morning Lucifer awoke to sharp sunlight glaring in the glass walls. "Delightful..." he mumbled sleepily, rolling out of bed. He then went about the long process of making himself look like a buyer going to a fancy party. He took a shower, brushed his hair, trimmed his beard and mustache, and did other numerous things. After that he pulled on another suit... instead of being black this one was dark blue with a light blue shirt underneath and a black tie. Lucifer tightened his tie and tilted his chin up, watching himself in the mirror for a moment before strutting out. He drove to the police station, bright and early, going straight to the door that said *Chief of Police*. Lucifer knocked and opened it. Inside sat a formal looking woman, going over some paperwork. He glanced at the nameplate before smiling. "Ah, Ms. Walker. So nice to meet you. My name is Lucifer MorningStar." He said with a charming smile, holding out his hand for a handshake. The woman stood, shaking his hand while studying him. "What do you need? I'm pretty busy." She finally asked. "I want to become Tyra's assistant." Lucifer started, and it all went downhill.. for Tyra... from there. Thirty minutes later he exited with the chief of police laughing and walking right next to him. "... and that's how it all ended." Lucifer seemingly finished a story. "You are hilarious, Lucifer! It was amazing meeting you. Come by soon!" The chief smiled warmly, waving before going back inside.
