They still had a ways to go to get to the garden, Her eyes scanned the halls before she acted out in her head how this should go. Suddenly she stopped and raised her hand above her head as if looking for something. "Oh my god... Tyler I left my crown back in my room- Oh my god Oh my god - I NEED my crown!" She whined loudly, Her face genuinely expressing worry, "Tyler- Please can you get my crown? I cant go anywhere without it My father will be very upset- I need it!" As if she was about to cry she started panicking.

Tyler widened his eyes just slightly. It had immediately clicked when she started freaking out. "Wearing those clothes I really don't think you need your crown." He said gruffly, hating that she would really do anything to get away from him. He would almost be invisible, he was good at that. She would barely know he was there but nooo, she has to kick him to the curb. He crossed his arms and frowned.

"Please I need my crown! Even if my clothes aren't proper I really need my crown no matter what! You don't understand- I.." She was now in tears, "Please get it for me.." She was now begging him at this point, The look in his eyes made her think that the plan was failing, He was.. almost unfazed, Did he know she planned to sneak out? It was not rule-breaking.. sort of- she wasn't escaping... she was just, sneaking out, Right? That wasn't so bad to want out of the castle, While most people wanted in the castle she hoped that she wouldn't run into trouble while in town- then she would actually need Tyler to help her. She barely trusted the guy though, Sierra thought there was something weird about him coming to the castle from texas, Normally bodyguards trained years for a job like this. Tyler's gaze softened slightly. He sighed. "Look... I'm not stupid. I know you just want to go get out of the castle.. probably to a local town nearby. I'm okay with that... as long as I can come. The whole reason I'm here is to protect you and I can't do that if I'm standing in the garden, scratching my head, and wondering where you went. I really am good at blending into the background noise so nobody notices me." He said quietly. He might not have even have wanted to come if it wasn't his job. Scratch that, you couldn't even convince him to come if it wasn't his job. Unless it was a bar back home... they made really good beer. Anyway, he crossed his arms and waited for her to accept it or keep trying something else.

"Out of the castle-? I just want to the garden! But.. my crown- I- I need it.." She still cried, Maybe if she kept up the act he would believe her, "I like being in the castle- But- I really need my crown.. Im a royal- I have to act like it... So please.." She cried, Was this convincing enough? She was quite good at acting. Sierra was trying her best to fake this sadness, even shaking as she was panicking, Begging Tyer to fetch her crown... And then she started overthinking, Should she have just demanded she gets her crown? Would that have worked better? He cant disobey her. Can he? Now she was questioning her questions.

Tyler grit his teeth. "I'm sorry princess, but you are the one who specifically said 'if you want something, get it yourself'. I can hide in the shadows if you wish while you're at town, but I. Am. Not. An. Idiot. Stop treating me like one." He rolled his shoulders, leaning against a tree and waiting. Her act would not get to him... especially now. (Sorry I have to get to sleep. It's 1 AM where I am, and my baby horse is getting gelded in the morning. Wish me luck ;)))) Edited at April 10, 2023 12:58 AM by Wild Warmbloods

Sierra finally stopped her act and huffed, "I hate you." She muttered, continuing on towards the garden. Well now her plan was ruined, How was she supposed to get in town, alone now? She officially hated Tyler. But she knew he wasn't the one to blame, He was doing his job, right? No, She decided to blame him either way- It's his fault for being good at his job. Sierra gave up on her plan and just kept walking, They arrived at the garden and she sat down in the grass, Staring at the flowers that almost overtook the garden.

Tyler stared at the girl. He couldn't believe she just didn't... go to town. His father literally kicked him out of their shanty house when he was twelve because he looked at the sky for a minute before doing his chores. He didn't show it but he was very slightly offended. He stood in the shade of a tree, blending in. His dark clothes, dark hair, and tan skin all blended in with the background and made him hard to see.... and it didn't help he never moved. Even when he wasn't trying to people usually didn't see him, or just ignored him. He wasn't talkative, didn't get drunk, and didn't bet so no one liked him. Tyler sighed, watching Sierra stare at the flowers.

It was around 9 pm by then, She sat there, Staring down at the flowers, She sure loved nature, It was a shame that she wasn't able to stay out longer, Oh well. She was already getting quite drowsy as tiredness struck her, She stayed up late last night since she had no bodyguard to stand around in her room, At least Tyler didn't do that- Waking up to your bodyguard standing in the exact same place as the night before... Is creepy, She always wondered if they slept when she wasn't looking or just watched her sleep- Still weird... She yawned, Closing her eyes, Was she really going to fall asleep.. in the garden? Yes. Yes she was.
