| It's been that way for as long as I can remember and I don't think it should change. HEE needs people to purchase stuff for RL money because it is a business at the end of the day and needs to be able to pay for the server usage/space. Plus members wouldn't be able to sell upgrades then and make ebs themselves |

| I dont think I know of a single game that sells their "premium" content for something you can earn for free in game, there would be no way for the game to make money then and then it would shut down |

| It would be however then players would switch to using ebs versus RL money which would hurt the game in the long run. |

| You can pay someone ebs to upgrade for you. There's sales posts in the forums regularly |

| Correct however you can pay ebs to another player to purchase an upgrade for you. |
