Lukos | Stallion | Mentions: Luna, The Herd. - Lukos stood still, instantly growing uncomfortable, but in a comfortable way. He liked that she was there- he could never admit it- but she gave him an odd feeling. It grew when she lay closer. He glanced down at her momentarily while she spoke, she seemed.. tired. "Sometime when you come around." He paused his paced words, then added. "Probably in the morning, yes." He finished of stiffly. He wished they could just go, he could bring her home and not have any issues with her making an impression on him, so he could let her go without getting trapped in the feeling of loneliness.

Luna | Stallion | Mentions: Luna, The Herd. The mare nodded tiredly before letting out another yawn then she laid her head down, her eyes felt quite heavy. She closed her eyes as the mare falls into a peaceful sleep, she hated to admit but....she grew quite comfortable around this stallion even if he is a bachelor. The Paint mare felt quite home sick as she has never been away from the herd before since this would be the first for her.

Lukos | Stallion | Mentions: Luna. - Lukos watched her, quiet and calm as she drifted off to sleep, he had half a mind to do the same for an hour or so, any slight disturbance would wake him. He's hardly a light sleeper. He waited a good long hour before drifting off himself for the next 3. He woke up to the wind that rustled the trees, he nearly jumped at the sound but quickly calmed. He stayed on guard the rest of the night, it was musty just the breeze and the occasional hoot of a screech owl in the distance. Though it sounded rather close to them sometimes. Then the sun poked through the opening, making him wake up slightly, though he still waited for the sleeping mare to awaken. They still needed to covet more ground if she wanted home, which he was sure she did.

Luna | Herd Mare | Mentions: Lukos. Luna started to stir in her slumber, starting to wake from the light gently shining in her face as she raised her head. The mare opened her eyes as she yawned, the Paint glanced up at the stallion. "Morning." She gently said before looking away from him, carefully placing her front hooves in front of her before hoisting herself back up on all fours. Carefully moving to the side a bit to give Lukos some space. Luna felt ready to hit the road again, feeling quite rested for the journey back home.

Lukos | Stallion | Mentions: Luna. - Lukos heard her wake, his golden eyes were glowing as the sunlight fed through the bushes surrounding the pair. "You've finally woken." He looked toward her, tilting his head softly. "Ready to get moving?" His voice, slightly awkward, hummed around the little cave of plants. The black Arabian exited the cave, trotting steadily up to the trickling stream of shining silver water, the currents carried it quickly down the bed, the currents looked like little river rapids, diluting the water to a silvery white glare. He watched it quite entertained for a while before leaning down and getting a drink. Patiently waiting for the paint mare to rouse herself enough to walk out.

Luna | Herd Mare | Mentions: Lukos. She roused herself enough to come out of the plant like cave. Squinting her eyes a bit when the sun's light got in her light green eyes. Once she was no longer Squinting, she made her way over to where Lukos is but she kept tad bit of distance between the two equines. She leaned her head down, beginning to drink to quench her thirst. She raised her head back up, taking in the surroundings before they leave since the mare has already gotten use to the black stallion leading the way. The Paint mare still had one question that settled in the back of her mind that she hasn't had an answer for...why did the lead mare abandone her, none of the other herd mares come to her aid of need. Luna decided to ignore that question for now, she'll one day have an answer to it at one point or another. Edited at December 2, 2021 04:57 AM by Aspen Fire ES

Lukos | Stallion | Mentions: Luna. - Lukos had seen her cautious exit, then the distance she had put between them, he understood her feelings, but not his own. That weird feeling still roaming his mind. He could see that something was bothering her. "Something on your mind?" He asked, his eyes flashed to her as he looked her over, looking at how messy her coat seemed, the odd feeling warmed causing him to stare, thankfully he moved his eyes before he thought she would notice, and if she did that she would pass it off as something else. Now he was staring at the entrance of the cave of plants, waiting for himself to move on from that feeling so he could listen to her. Lukos shook himself off and rid himself of that feeling, long enough to get more cool water in his system. Edited at November 29, 2021 08:53 AM by Arema Elites

Luna | Herd Mare | Mentions: Lukos. Luna would glance over to Lukos when she raised her head as the mare has heard him ask if something was on her mind. The mare just gave a kind smile then answered his question. "It just some thoughts, nothing to worry about at all." She honestly told him, not wanting to trouble him with her thoughts at all. The Paint mare turned her head, taking her gaze off him to look off into the distance a bit to just take in the sight of their surroundings a little longer. Luna was ready to go whenever the stallion ready to start traveling once again.

Lukos | Stallion | Mentions: Luna. - Lukos nodded, seeing her look away. He decided they should probably get moving if they wanted to go anywhere. He started to walk up the stream, then paused and he waited for her to start moving before he got to far. He felt himself limp, the last fight he'd had, his hip was uncomfortable but bareable. Why did I do that for those mares? He let his mind wander while he walked further up the creek. I didn't have to kill them.. I am such an idiot. He pinned his ears slightly and lowered his head, he stayed quiet and controlled himself to not look so angry.

Luna | Herd Mare | Mentions: Lukos. The mare would notice the stallion starting to move, obviously leading the way as she starts following after, not wanting to get left behind. Her eyes would catch something that she noticed on him, his limp. "Are you alright?" Luna would have a worried look on her face, her ears remained perked forward while following the Arabian stallion. Did he...did he get himself hurt from that fight he had with that band because of what happened when me and the other mares got separated from the herd? If so then...he shouldn't have put himself in harms way like that. Gods, this honestly feels like it's all my fault which 100% probably is. Geez Luna, why do you got to be so freaking useless!
