| Jericho - I usually add a bit of lemon since it keeps the apples from going brown while it marinates in spices and sugars lol |

| If you add a little lemon or orange juice, only like a table spoon, it really brings the apple flavor out and makes it a little juicier |

| My recipe is 4 ¼ pounds (1925g) baking apples, about 8 large apples 1/2 cup (100g) light or dark brown sugar 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg 2 tablespoons (16g) cornstarch 1 tablespoon (14g) butter 1 large egg If you want it you can message me and I'll send you the link to the website its off of. Its REALLY yummy |

| And to make it GF just make sure to use GF vanilla and use GF bisquick. No change to measurements, measures 1:1 |

| Oh, and you put everything in a blender. Like smoothy blender, not hand mixer. And vanilla of course, forgot that, like 1/2 tsp |
