Niki put her phone back in her pocket after a while and walked quietly. She was only a few blocks from her apartment now and the night air was rather calm. Suddenly she was pushed into an alleyway and tried to push her attacker away. Whoever it was though they were fairly strong. She opened her mouth and yelled at the person to let her go. (Sorry it's short ;-; )

Tyler grit his teeth and looked at the girl, knowing there was a small chance he could stop. Even if his body was working seperately from his brain, now. He clapped a hand over her mouth. "Shush it." Tyler said harshly, his brain reeling as he told his body to stop... yet it wouldn't. -STUPID IDIOT WEREWOLF GENES WHAT ARE YOU DOING STOP IT FOR GOOD LIGHTS SAKE- Was just a snippet of the part of him that was now getting a headache. Tyler bared his fangs, about ready to bite. He just... couldn't, though. Maybe his brain had finally gotten to him? He didn't know... but whatever it was, Tyler was thankful. He froced himself to reel away backwards, shaking his head. "I- I'm sorry- gah" Tyler said quietly with a sort of growl, shaking his head again before darting off. This was very bad. Very very bad. He had a feeling of terror well up inside of him, even if Tyler was not a scared kind of person. He was the guy that made people scared, he almost never got scared himself. Tyler ran all the way back to his cabin, his heart pounding. "Oh god oh gosh what have I done.." He whispered. Would hunters come after him now? Had he injured the girl? There was one thing that was sure... she would be truamatized for life, which probably meant she would tell a bunch of people... which meant there would be wolf hunters running here and there. Tyler would have to move again, get a new life, a new job... everything. He roared in frustration and slammed a fist against the shabby cabin wall, the whole house shaking.

She felt a hand go over her mouth and the person growl at her to shut it. Surprisingly this person did actually growl at her and acted like a hostile dog. She squirmed in their grip and her eyes landed on their face. Niki noticed that the man had sharp fangs within his teeth and her eyes widened with realization. The stories that her friends had been telling her were true. She braced herself as the man looked like he was going to bite her or something but nothing happened. Instead she felt the hand pull away from her mouth and watched as the man backed away and apologized. Her eyes followed the figure as he ran off and stood there while frozen in shock. It took her a few minutes before Niki quickly ran home to her apartment, slamming the door behind her once she was there. She locked the door and walked over to the couch and sank into it. She took a few deep breaths and began to think over the events of a few minutes ago. "A real werewolf," she says quietly to herself, "what do I do? Go to the cops? No.. They'll just go after him and kill him... But wouldn't it be better for him to be gone?..." She stared at the wall as she argued quietly with herself.

Tyler finally couldn't stay... inside any longer. He could almost hear the sirens, the gunshots, the bullets tearing into his flesh. He had this happen once, and he had so many scars to prove it. To this day Tyler could never run as fast because his leg had been shredded by knives and bullets. The same feeling of terror back then welled up inside again as he shook his head, over and over, stumbling to the door. "What have I done, what will happen?" Tyler asked no one, his voice quavering as he went outside. He shapeshifted into a normal wolf and just ran, a slight limp in his step. Tyler finally stopped under an uprooted tree, collapsing in a heap and breathing harshly

Niki sighed and finally looked up at the ceiling. 'I need to clear my head,' she thinks, 'a walk always helps.' She hesitated for a moment when she reached the door and sighed before unlocking it and walking out of the building. She headed around the back of the building where an old trail that lead into the woods was. She slowly made her way down it and looked around as she went. The sounds of the woods at night was quite calming and it did help her clear her head some. A head of her she noticed a split in the road, one path being older while the other was beaten down some. With curiosity and adventure on her mind Niki walked down the older, overgrown path. Her footsteps were as quiet as she could get them but the sounds of leaves beneath her were still kind of loud.

How does Niki have enough bravery to walk in the woods after getting attacked by a werewolf XD) - Tyler laid there for a couple minutes before hearing crunching noises on the path. He immedietely started to panic, which caused him to morph back to his human form. He crouched under the fallen tree, barely fitting in the small gap. Tyler's eyes widened as he saw the girl from before... the one he had attacked. Without meaning to. He tried to decide whether to run or stay, quivering slightly. She had probably already called the police, who called some wolf hunters

(She has the mind of a horror movie character at times I suppose XD ) Niki argued to herself out loud on what she should do about the situation earlier. "I should really call the cops and inform them," she says out loud to herself, "but then they will hunt down that guy and probably kill him instead of putting him in jail." She bang to pace back and forth a few feet away from an uprooted tree and was careful to not trip on anything. She made different points to either side of her debate before letting out an annoyed groan. "God I wish I could debate this with someone," she grumbled as she rubbed her forehead with a hand. Niki enjoyed doing debates to decide on what side she was truly on, but she couldn't tell anyone about this or else they would go to the police. She tilted her head up and looked up at the moon, which was peeking out from behind some clouds.

Tyler flinched, drawing back as he heard the female voice come closer. He hid in the shadows of the tree, his black eyes glittering in the dark. -Why... did it have... to be her?- Tyler thought, trying not to sigh. As he listened to her, though, he refused to get scared again. He was a veteran in his own way, a Navy Seal for a year, and part wolf. He was NOT going to get the willies from the thought of possibly being shot or stabbed to death. Tyler needed to leave, but he couldn't bring himself to move. What would the girl do if she heard him?

Niki let out a defeated sigh and laid down on the cold grass and looked up at the sky. "Why do I care what happens to a werewolf," she asks herself allowed as she rubs her face. She thinks for a moment before answering, "Because he is still partially human. He didn't ask to be a werewolf so why is it his fault if he needs... Whatever he needs from humans." She shivered slightly from both the coldness of the ground but also the memory of not too long ago when she was attacked by the man in the alley. 'I talk out loud too much,' she thinks in her head as she sits up and instead pulls her legs against her chest and stares at the ground.

Tyler closed his eyes a moment and shrank back slightly. A slight shudder racked his body as he backed up slowly, though stopping when he heard what the girl said. It made him sad, angry, relieved, and confused all at the same time... so it was hard to figure out which he wanted to pick. Tyler finally just kept emotion off of his tanned face, taking in a silent breath. -Patially... human... I didn't ask for this...- Tyler thought with a slight sag in his shoulders. He got distracted for a moment as he took another step back, stepping on a stick. Tyler let out a yelp and bounced sideways, surprised by the loud noise. He accidentally crashed into a tree while bouncing sideways, earning himself a whine of pain. -No no no no... bruise- He thought anxiously, knowing the girl must've heard his yelp, even if she didn't hear the stick crack.
