Aria looked at the boy. "Sage... Let me go get something. Besides, I haven't gotten up much today." She said faintly. The girl smiled slightly and sat up against the pillows. "You've been doing a lot for me lately, and now I want to do something for you." Aria said before slowly getting up and walking over to the boy carefully. She kissed the top of his head gently and smiled.

Sage hummed lightly and the sighed and nodded, reaching up to press a kiss to her cheek. "Ok, but be careful," he chirped. "I'll be waiting for you when you get back," he promised lightly. He gave the girl a smile, thankful for her to go do something for him.

Aria nodded and smiled. "I will." She said kissing him back softly. "I'll try and hurry too. So then you won't worry about me." She joked. The girl turned and walked out of the room. She carefully (but tried to hurry) walked down the hall. When Aria got to the kitchen, she grabbed a plate and some fruit. While she was down there, she just grabbed a glass of water for her and Sage. The girl slowly headed out of the kitchen and towards their room.

Sage hummed and nodded, giving the girl a smile when she left before going back to paperwork. His father had grown sicker with age, so he'd had to take over a lot of the things a king needed to do. It wasn't always enjoyable, but at least he had aria.

Aria gracefully entered the bedroom. "I'm back!" She said jokingly, with a sassy tone. The girl smiled and walked over to Sage. When she saw how much paperwork there was, she just sighed and set the plate down before grabbing an orange for herself. Aria kissed his cheek and laid back down on the bed.

(Sorry! I probably won't be on the rest of today. My husbands family is coming for an early Easter celebration!)

Sage looked up and grinned at the girl when she came back. "good," he hummed lightly. He picked up a bite of food from the plate and hummed "thanks babe" before working again. He was trying to finish so he could go lay down with her.

Aria smiled at the boy. When he called her babe, she slowly turned her head to face him and she raised her eyebrows. The girl just couldn't contain herself, and she started laughing. "Since when have you started calling me that?!" She joked. Aria giggled one last time and shook her head. "Are you in some sort of 'work phase'?" She laughed again. "I love you." She said sarcastically.

Sage glanced up and wrinkled his nose slightly, rather amused at the whole thing. "I didn't think about what I was saying," he chuckled. "It just came out!" He shrugged lightly and gave her a grin before going back to his papers. "Has a nice ring to it though," he mused.

Aria giggled and grinned back at the boy. "True... I guess." She laughed again. The girl just shook her head and turned back to her book. She smiled to herself as she thought about what Sage had said. Aria sighed, and finished eating her orange before looking over at the boy.

Sage continued on the papers before groaning and resting his head on the desk. "I hate other kingdoms," he grumbled. "Trying to start trouble."
