"True." Dakota smiled and patted Athena's mane. She grabbed a bale of hay and took it to the hayloft. "We have a hay delivery today. The person should drop it off in about 2 hours." Dakota said as she walked back to Athena's stall. Flame nuzzled Jacob's hand. Athena did the same to Dakota. "Flame really loves you. And so do I." Dakota grinned.

Jacob pets flame nose and said " yeah he does it would be very hard for me to see him die when he get to the age"

"Yeah, same with Athena. How old is Flame? By the way. Athena's having another foal." Dakota smiled. "Athena would be devastated if Flame died." Tears fell down Dakota's face just thinking about Athena dying. She looked at Jacob and threw her arms around him. Dakota layed her head on his shoulder.

Jacob hugs her and said "I say around 16 to 19 years and yay another foal" then looks at flame and shakes his head then kissed Dakota forehead

"He has another 11 or so, years left. That's good. Athena is only 7." Dakota smiled at looked at Athena. She patted her neck and walked outside. "This is the life i've always wanted. I love you." Dakota told Jacob.

Jacob smiles and said " I am glad honey you need this life" Jacob put his arm around her and smiles

"So did you. Did you actually want to stay with your dad?" Dakota laughed and shook her head. "You would be dead by now." Dakota looked at him and smiled.

Jacob looks at her and stops and said " no I wouldn't have but when I was a kid I never got the chosen what my life is I would have stayed with your family more them my "

"Then we would never have gotten married. Because, technically you would've been my brother" Dakota laughed. "I'm happy that didn't happen." Dakota smiled.

Jacob laughs and said " yeah I guess but my mom is technically not my real mother she my step mom and I don't know my real mother I only know cause I over heard my dad talking about it"
