After a good ten minutes, Cam slowly felt herself settling down. It was still scary - but the meds had taken a good edge off the pain. She looked up to Kai nervously after a little while, although within another hour or two things just started going... black. She didn't have a clue what was going on around her.

Camery shook her head softly, although soon everything just went dark and it was... quiet. She didn't know what was happening. Hell, she didn't even know if she was alive at this point. It was just peaceful. She let out a soft, deflating breath. Was Kai okay? Was their baby okay? She didn't even know if she was okay herself at this point.

Camery could barely hear Kai as he spoke, and while she tried to respond... her body just stayed limp. She couldn't feel anything, couldn't move. It stayed that way for a good ten minutes before she finally shifted, waking with a bit of a start. "Kai," she breathed quietly, her cheeks wet with tears that she didn't even remember shedding.

Camery shook her head, feeling dizzy and... not okay. She didn't know what was going on, but she couldn't feel anything. Nothing felt right. She wasn't seeing stright. "I don't... know," she breathed quietly, her head resting back on the pillow.
