Sage had murmured "S'kay, not your fault," to Adrien when he heard him apologize. He sighed when he just shoved the medicine aside, and finished up what he was doing before taking the pill and practically shoving it into Adrien's mouth, pouring a bit of water in too so his reflexes kicked in and the boy swallowed the pills. It didn't take energy, and he didn't have to do anything, so he figured forcing it down his throat would only help. He wrapped his arms around Adrien when he slumped agaisnt him with a sigh, passing out with him after a few moments, completely exhausted by then.

Adrien woke up the next day, still slumped on the ground with Sage. He blinked a few times and looked around. Trying to remember where he was. Finally, he remembered he was back home... he sat up and pitched to the side, bile rising in his throat. He forced it back down and coughed, making a face at the taste. His back was still throbbing in pain, but it was worse now that his wing had to grow back... it hurt like Hell. Well, maybe more than hell. The point is, it hurts. A lot. He just curled up on the floor and passed out again, he hoped Sage wouldn't think he had died or something.

Sage had groaned when Adrien woke, moving to peer over at the other boy and sighing when he passed out again pretty quickly. He flicked his fingers through the air to create a needle with a rather strong painkiller in it, shooting it into Adrien's arm. The pills obviously didn't work, so maybe this would. He couldn't use it often....since he didn't want Adrien to get addicted or anything...but it was one of the strongest things out there, so hopefully it would make Adrien comfortable.

Adrien was curled into a small ball on the ground, his back in plain view. One gaping hole and one wing that had blood on it. Adrien didn't wake up for a few more hours and his other wing had begun growing back slightly. Adrien blinked awake again and sat up. He looked around in confusion, he didn't hurt anymore? He saw Sage and immediately scooted closer to him, curling into him. He wanted to be held... he was still a bit tired, but feeling better. It was weird how he couldn't feel the pain in his body....

Sage was resting his eyes when Adrien curled up against him. He gave the boy a tired grin and wrapped his arms around him a bit tighter. "You're pumped full of demon medicine at the moment so you feel fine but please don't move around too much and hurt yourself," he murmured lightly.

Adrien mumbled into his chest and nodded. He was curled into a ball, he hadn't had a shrt on when he was taken, so a bit of blood was trickling down his back as he stayed curled up against Sage.

Sage just curled up against him harder, just very glad he was back. And alive. He was definitley very glad Adrien was alive. However....he was exhausted. He didn't want to sleep, in case Adrien needed him, but eventually he couldn't force himself to stay awake any longer.

Adrien let him sleep, he was awake now and felt... okay. He had no idea what this demon medicine was, but dang. It worked. He played with Sage's hand as the other boy slept. He deserved it. He did basically save Adrien from being banished, so that was nice. Adrien intertwined their hands and smiled faintly, his hands were a bit larger than Sage's. It was quite cute

Sage had pretty much conked out on the couch by then, half leaning on Adrien. He woke up an hour or so later though, knowing he should probably check on Adrien. He gave him a tired smile and squeezed his hand gently. "Feel ok," he mumbled, closing hso eyes again.

Adrien looked up slightly and nodded. "A bit... whatever that stuff you gave me works really really well." He said quietly, since his voice was slightly hoarse. He was still holding Sage's hand, and lounging with his head in Sage's lap.
