| I used to have to get the major arch support ones because I would get really bad nerve pain in my toes from walking ao much without support, but when they were new it would bruise my feet for the first week lol |

| I swapped mine out after the soles in the sneakers I got that were supposedly supposed to help with standing fatigue left numb spots in my heels |

| I did that once with a pair of Sketchers in Philly because I figured they would be comfortable. They tore my feet up so badly that I was walking the streets of Philly barefoot, which was somehow not as bad |
