Sage figured out what she was doing quickly enough, and helped move the kids to the bed, wrapping himself around as many of them as he could.

Celeste snuggled into Sage and the pile of kiddos.

Sage found himself relaxing again quickly, not asleep but just laying there with his eyes closed, ears occasionally flicking lazily as he heard something nearby or outside.

Celeste drifted off, cuddled up with her sleeping kids.

Sage smiled softly, wrapping himself around them all. He found himself just watching them all, a smile lingering on his face.

Celeste and the kids all slept peacefully, all together.

Sage lingered there until the toddler all woke up, guiding them he fly out of the room to where Xavier was waiting for them, alongside odsessa. Then sage curled back up with Celeste, not wanting to leave her side.

Celeste hugged him tight when he got back. "Sage... Im scared we'll lose them..."

Sage was a little shocked when she spoke up, but let out a soft sigh. "I know. Me too," he murmured. "But we won't." They couldn't. He wouldn't let that happen.

"I'm scared I'll lose you too...."
