Sage bit into an apple, sighing when he saw her not eating. "Try to get at least a bit in your stomach," he murmured, wrapping his arm around her.

"do you feel any better this morning," he asked gently. She was clearly still upset, but didn't seem as upset about it.

"Not really..." she mumbled. She felt better that she knew what it was, but not really.

Sage nodded with a soft hum. "Take a day to rest. Destress a bit," he suggested. "The army can practice the drills from yesterday...your brother can manage them."
