Kai frowned, hugging her close. He knew she didn't feel good about the bump, but he still loved her, no matter what. He sighed and fell asleep. When he woke, it was early morning. He smiled when he saw she was asleep, quietly and gently, got out his paints and started gently painting flowers on her belly. Maybe she'd like it more with the flowers.

Casmery, as usual, didn't sleep the best through the night. Her stomach hurt, and she constantly felt just a little sick... it really felt awful. She felt worse than normal now, too, guilty that he'd be taking time away from work just for her. She hated that more than she liked to admit. She woke up fairly late the next morning to the familiar feeling of the baby kicking her ribs and that gross sickly feeling. She sighed slightly after a moment, shifting until she felt something... wet on her stomach. She shifted slightly until she opened her eyes to see Kai there... painting on her? "What are you doing?" she murmured tiredly.

Kai smiled up at her softly, smudges of paint along his cheek. "Painting the bump," he hummed happily. He lifted the bucket next to him to show her. "I have a bucket if you get your morning sickness again and the maids are gonna bring your favorite for breakfast,"

Camery just stared at him for a moment, a small smile crossing her face as she moved to sit up, resting her back against the pillows. She sort of ran her eyes over it for a moment, then reached a hand out to run her fingers gently along his cheek. "Why on earth are you painting the bump?" She asked with a chuckle.

Kai smiled. "Well, i know you don't like the bump that much, so i figured you might like it a little better if it looked pretty,"

Camery felt her heart jump slightly at his comment, her brows pinching together slightly. It was sweet... granted, it didn't make her feel much better about it, ans she still felt... gross... but it was nice of him. She sighed after a moment, and sort of shifed to sit on her knees, moving to peck his cheek lightly. "That's sweet, babe," she whispered.

Kai smiled proudly, before continuing to paint the bump. Once he finished he kissed her belly. "All done," he smiled.

Camery watched him as he workaed, a little smile across her face. She hated the bump - of course, she was excited for the baby, but the way it was making her feel was putting a bit of a damper on things. When he claimed it was done, she felt a small smile cross her face. It was pretty... very pretty. Well, the belly wasn't, but the art was pretty. Plus, Kai's proud little smile just made her insides melt. "I love it," she hummed quietly.

Kai smiled proudly. "Yeah?" He grinned.

Camery nodded softly, sort of resting a hand on her stomach. "Mhm. I love it," she mused lightly, his dumb grin just making her light up.
