She curled in with a nod, but couldn't fall asleep.

Sage stayed awake long as he could with her, but eventually passed out, still curled around her.

Celeste stayed up for a while, not feeling particularly great about herself. Once she knew he was asleep, she got up, walking silently over to the mirror and staring at her reflection, unhappy with herself.

Sage hadn't noticed at first when she left, but curled tighter into a pillow that was laying there in his sleep.

After a while, sage did register that she wasn't there, and sort of peered around groggily before finding her and wandering over. 'whats wrong, babe," he murmured softly, wrapping his arms around her waist and resting his chin on her shoulder.

Celeste shook her head, upset. "I dunno..." she whispered, burying her face in his shoulder.

Sage sighed at her comment, just wrapping his arms around her tighter. "Well standing here won't help," he noted. "Come back to bed. Cuddle up. See if that helps at all," he suggested

Celeste sighed and nodded, laying down with him, but instead of falling asleep she began to cry.
