(That's okay... I don't really care ;) - Tyler glanced over a tree Estrella. "We should get there by tomorrow evening if we keep going the pace we're at." He informed her, nudging Rum into a little faster walk. Tyler took off his hat for a moment and ran his hand through his straight black hair, it standing up wildly all over the place. He shoved The hat down tighter on his head, closing his eyes for a moment and breathing a sigh.

Okay, thanks for understanding)) "Okay," she replied. She looked up to the sky and inhaled the sent of the summer grass. She looked back down to the cows, then quickly looked up again. There where grey, almost black storm clouds rolling in. She turned to Tyler "uhmm... what are we supposed to do if it storms?" She questions, pointing to the sky.

Tyler glanced up, his dark eyes reflecting light and glinting. "We keep going. Unless it gets bad enough we have to sit it out." He answered slowly. Storms never hurt him before... it was just miserable. Rain... rain... and more rain. Occasionally a lightning bolt, then some thunder.

"Okay, sounds good." She smiled to herself. Estrella and Whiskey loved riding in thunderstorms. Smokey also loved it. As she smiled and tilted her head back to the sky, lightning struck the ground, it reflecting in her bright green eyes. Smokey whinnied to Rum, and shook his head. The gelding wanted to run, as he loved racing through the Texas deserts during thunderstorms. As more lighting struck the ground around them, it started to sprinkle lightly.

Rum flicked his ears and raised his head, obviously lightened by the lightning. Tyler put a steady hand in the horses neck, glancing up as it started to drizzle. "Just keep the cattle moving forward at a slow, steady pace." Tyler instructed, slowing Rum down a little bit so the horse didn't go bonkers. Rum was already tight... his hindquarters were bunched up underneath him and he was ready to bolt.

"Okay," She slowed the gelding to a walk. Smokey shook his head in protest, but obeyed. Estrella patted his neck as they rode on through the drizzle.

The drizzle quickly turned into a pouring rain. Tyler clamped his hat down harder on his head, frowning slightly. From what he could tell... It was almost dark. They would sleep, the storm would be gone, and they could catch up by tomorrow afternoon. That's what Tyler planned, anyway

She sighed as it started to pour. Smokey shook his head and pranced, wanting to get out of the rain. "I'm sorry bud" she said, patting the geldings neck. "We will stop soon"

Tyler finally decided it was time to stop. He only decided that, though, when he saw a cave. "Let's stop here.." Tyler called through the drenching rain. He hopped off Rum and led the horse into the big cave. The cave was giant... definitely big enough to fit Rum, Smokey, and Estrella. "Get some rest. We can leave later in the morning tomorrow." Tyler told Estrella, untacking Rum before striding back outside. He leaned up against a tree and folded his arms over his chest, knowing the best thing to do was sit there... all night.

She rode into the cave. "Okay," The cows where settled in and laying down. She dismounted and untacked Smokey, then brushed him out. She lay his saddle pad over a rock to dry a little, then sat down and watched the cows.
