And when I'm further along." She smiled running a hand through his hair "I think I can handle doing little things for you." She cooed. |

(I can see why lol) He smiled slightly. "I know. But just having you with me is enough." He always loved it when she played with his hair for some reason, but he guessed that everyone liked things like that. |

No matter what happens to me you'll look after our baby... You won't abandon it or anything... Promise me Sage..." |

He frowned slightly but then wrapped his arms around her. "I promise. If something happens to you, then I'll love it enough for both of us." He hated to hear her say those words, but he knew if something happened medically he didn't have the healing abilities some demons had, so her death could be caused in a way he couldn't control. He pushed the thought from his mind. "But nothing will happen to you. I won't let it." |

Maxine gave a small sigh of relief and nodded "Thank you." She said gently before shaking her head "As much as I hate to think about it... Sage not even you can guarantee that..." She pointed out "But I appreciate it..." She said gently kissing underneath his chin on his sweet spot. The one thing she had managed to grab from the hotel before she left was the notebook/Diary she'd been keeping for Sage... She started writing things for their baby too... She wanted it to know that she loved it very much even if she wasn't there to tell it herself. "Alright alright... Enough of this... Uhm... How about we go for a walk? There are some really pretty places here." She smiled "There's even a little lake not far from here." She said "I go there sometimes to sketch..." |

He gasped lightly when she kissed him and then nodded with a faint smile. "I think that sounds better than laying around making ourselves upset," he chuckled. Then he grinned up at her. "But you'll have to get off me first. Think you can manage that," he teased. |

Maxine nodded in agreement "Much better." She agreed with a chuckle before she smirked "I can but I can't guarantee that much past now... My belly is going to be come quite difficult to maneuver around..." She chuckled playfully kissing him again before getting off him. |

He chuckled and sat up. "Well I'll welcome your belly anyway," he laughed. Then he nodded to the door. "Lead the way," he chirped. |

Max chuckled and grabbed a coat instead of her cardigan leading him out the door and off to the park taking his hand. She smiled watching the children playing with the other kids and hope he or she would be able to do so. She stopped however when a little boy fell on the sidewalk not far in front of them "Oh no..." She whimpered and without hesitation she went right to the little boy "Hey are you alright sweetie?" She asked the little boy was in tears but he wasn't crying too bad... "I hurted my knee!" He whimpered. Max took a look at his knee and smiled "It's okay it's only a little scrape..." She assured ruffling his hair gently as his mother came over "Oh is he okay?" She asked "He's fine just a little scrape..." Max assured looking at the little boy who climbed into his mother's arms whimpering "Aww... Poor guy..." She said gently. |
