"Sage, I need to address the army if they're ever going to listen to me,"

Sage sort of thought for a moment before nodding. "Right," he noted. "Do that first then. The weres and I can work on our own stuff until you wander over," he noted.

"Babe, I need everyone there. I need to talk to all fo you," she said rather sternly. "I dont have the time to go back and forth between here and the woods,"

Sage nodded and shrugged. "That's fine," he agreed. He didn't really care what happened, so long as their children were safe. "I'll follow your lead," he pointed out, arching an eyebrow slightly.

Celeste nodded. "Xander can stay with the kids, or he can bring them with us and just stay off to the side, but I need everyone there,"
|

|
Sage nodded in thought. "May as well get them outside. They do need the forest," he pointed out. They'd be part werewolf too, so it would do them good to be out in the sun for a bit.

Celeste nodded, "Alright then, lets go," she said. Within the hour, they were at the Solarian camp.

Sage nodded, helping Xander get the kids ready and then heading out. He let Celeste take the lead for this one, lingering nearby their kids as she got ready to talk to everyone

Celeste stood by Cassian as he called everyone to attention. "This is Celeste, my sister. She will be second in command during this battle, and she is here to train you," Cassian said. Some in the crowd snickered, and Cassian called a few to the front who he could see snickering. "None of you are properly trained to fight vampires," Celeste said, her voice booming. "Watch carefully," she advised, then signalling for the few Cassian had called out to come at her. There was at least 10 of them. The warriors smirked and came running. Celeste moved quickly, fighting and managing to take them all down within a minute. Celeste stood tall and the rest of the warriors looked shocked.

Sage had sat with the kids, keeping them entertained. He did bristle when he heard the solarians chuckle at Celeste, though could hold back his laughter when they were all shocked as she took the demonstrates down. The kids, not understanding the situation, but hearing their father laughing, also erupted into a fit of giggles. That probably didn't help the solarians egos, especially since the guy babysitting the kids didn't exactly seem threatening or like he knew how to fight either...they wouldn't know sage. But he didn't really care. He'd sparred with Celeste and fought alongside her ..he was a good fighter and he knew that. So did celeste. That was all he needed. Besides, they'd figured out that he was the only one who could actually kill the empress....which was a bit stressful on his part but he knew they didn't have another choice. He had to succeed.
