Sage nodded with a hum. "Well, I'm not going back to sleep now so I'll grab our clothes and we can stay in here," he mused

Celeste nodded, bouncing Att, rubbing his back. "Mama... mama I scared..." Att cried to her, as the triplets had begun speaking.

Sage had moved to get their clothes, setting hers next to her and sighing when he heard att, guilt sparking in his chest. This was his fault, after all. This whole issue wouldn't have happened if she'd killed him all those years ago. Maybe it would have been better that way.....these kids wouldn't all he in danger now.

"Shhh, baby, I know," she whispered. "Its okay, you're safe now, mamas got you," she whispered to her son, comforting him. Eventually Att settled down, sleeping in Celestes arms.

Sage felt himself relax when att finally calmed down and went back to sleep, but was still on edge. How had they not heard the man come in, and grab their boy? He still just felt guilty about it all.

Sages nerves were frying a little bit, every small noise or sound sent his heart racing again. This needed to end soon, or they all might go crazy.
