Camery settled down in the seat next to him. It was a good few hours drive, and she just wanted to rest. Nearly the moment they'd left the castle, she shifted in her seat to sort of lean against him, her head on his shoulder as she tried to get some sort of rest.

Camery quickly drifted off, staying sound asleep for the hours it took them to get to the borderline. She only really woke up when the car began to slow down, and even then she just burried her head into Kai's shoulder.

Camery eventually stirred when the car came to a halt, and sat up in Kai's arms. She sighed, pecking his cheek lightly before unbuckling herself. "Love you," she murmured, "And I'll see you soon," she added with a smile, going to grab her bags and chucking them in the back of another car that was waiting for them.

Cam just stood there after a second, her arms wrapped around his side when he cupped her cheek. She kissed him back, although when he pulled away she could only stare at him worridly. "Please don't be upset. I really won't be long, and you'll be absolutely fine," she whispered.

Camery smiled gently after a moment, giving him a little nod, squeezing his sides. "Three days is all. I'll probabaly be back earlier than that," she whispered softly. "I love you. And I'll see you soon," she promised, gently, going to get comfortable in the other car as they crossed the border.
