Her eyes widened and she looked at him in alarm, leaning even closer to him. "You wouldn't dare." She whispered back, slipping a hand up to cup his cheek gently.

"I would too" He whispered with a mishevious wink, when her hand cupped his cheek, he wanted to lean into it so badly but instead he pulled away from her face and hand to lean back up against the tree with a smile

"Nooo!" She whined, flopping on her back with her head in his lap. "That isn't fair, Kennedy." She huffed, reaching a hand up to brush his hair out of his face. She perked up after a moment, sitting back up on her knees. "Youuuu never said I couldn't adore you." She said, smiling at her little loophole. "I got you theereee!" She teased, wrapping her arms around her and leaning into him.

He chuckled slightly at her reaction "Well then don't stick your tongue out at me and this won't happen" He mused with a grin before shifting his head so she couldn't mess with his hair. At her enxt statement he snorted with a shake of his head "True, you did get me there" He said while gently unwrapping her arms from him and standing up "I never said I couldn't move away from it either" He started to climb up the tree to run from her

"Kennedyyyy!" She huffed, quickly scaling the tree after him. "Thats no fair eitherrr!" She climbed up ahead of him and stood in a fork in the tree, looking down at him with a pout and puppy eyes. "Kennedy please?"

Kennedy looked down at her as she started to climb up after him, he continued to chuckled at her whines before stopping at the branch he was on an now looking up at her. "Nope, not until tomorrow" He cheerfully while sitting on the branch he stopped on and scooting out to the middle of it to be hidden by branches and leaves in Mercys view

"You're no fun." Mercy huffed, glancing down through the branches. She crept along a few branches quietly until she saw him, below her. She leapt lightly onto the branch and scooted over to him quickly, landing a kiss on his cheek. "Tag, you're it." She said teasingly, laying her head on his shoulder.

Kennedy sat on the branch and waited for Mercy to come down after him, after a moment of it being quiet he got suspicious when suddenly he felt something jump onto the branch. He looked over just in time to see her scooting closer but not enough time to dodge her kiss. Kennedy let out a laugh being amused "Fine you can use your loophole but don't expect anything back" He grumbled playfully to her before unknowingly shifting closer to her

"Yes, sir." She said sarcastically, giving him a fake two finger salute. She grabbed his hand and pulled him farther inward, making him clamber up into a fork of the tree with her. She scooted closer to him as he sat down, running one hand through his hair and ppacing the other on his cheek. "I don't think you're gonna last very long." She teased, leaning forward and brushing her lips against his, leaning into him as she gave him a kiss.

He rolled his eyes with a smile at her sarcastic reaction before letting her do whatever with him, when she dragged him up he settled right next to her, As soon as he felt her hands on his face he melted at her touch and automatically wanted to give in but he had to stay strong "Oh really? Well I think I will" He huffed at her tease before letting her kiss him. No matter how badly he wanted to lean in and kiss her back he didn't. He stayed up straight, not deepening it, not kissing her back, not even letting himself have a reaction like smiling or such things
