Regan wrinkled her nose a bit... is this what she sounded like to other people? She certainly hoped not. "No, no, he didn't mean to do it. The trap was for an animal, and I landed on my own dagger. He was trying to help me and I'm afraid I didn't make it easy for him," she mused lightly. "I don't think he really wants to hurt anyone, and he's certainly not cruel," she told the other girl. "But I don't think he's amazing with people... he wasn't overly keen on coming here... if you want to get on with him, I'd maybe tone it down while you're talking to him. I don't know how to explain it... but you might be scaring him a little bit," she chuckled lightly.

Tyler looked at his father. He was awestruck. Flabbergasted. Astounded. Amazed. His father... needed his help? "Why would I help you now... after all you have done to me..." Tyler growled, looking his father in the eye. Aaron was big... but he was an inch shorter than Tyler... though he was stockier. Mostly because Aaron only had to hunt for one person, so he was full and fed nicely. - Aaron sheathed the dagger and held out his hands. "I'll stay here... you can go ask... Regan. Please, Tyler." He said quietly, his eyes soft. - Tyler looked at him. He had absolutely no idea what to do... which was probably what his father wanted. Aaron knew Tyler was *soft*. Tyler sighed. "I'll go get Regan." He muttered, casting a glance at the man before leaving. He saw Regan still talking to Lily... and flinched, wondering whether they were still talking about him or not. - Lily looked at Regan. "He didn't? Oh yeah, the rabid animals! I remember now. So he's super smart! Ohhh so you are the mean one. Yep, I knew it all along." Lily snorted, sauntering off without giving another glance to Regan, - Tyler saw Lily walk off. -uh oh.. that can't be good- he thought. He slowly walked up to her. "Regan... we have a problem..."

Regan was perfectly happy talking to the other girl, and she had thought they were getting on until she made her little jab. "I'm no..." but by then she'd slid off. She furrowed her eyes a bit and frowned, her shoulders dropping the tiniest of bits. She saw Tyler and tried to be a bit perkier for him, though. Before she heard his comments, she managed to slip in with, "you don't think I'm that mean do you?" Before hearing that he had a problem. She cocked her head and wandered over to him curiously. "We do? What's up?" She asked with a bit of a fown.

Tyler looked at Regan funny. "No... you are not mean to me at all. I see this about something Lily said?" He trailed off and shook his head. "I'm sorry, we will have to deal with that later. My dad is here... and he wants us to help him get into the camp." Tyler said quietly, gesturing out towards the forest. "He said that if you said yes... I might help... so he wants to talk to you." Tyler murmured, his brow furrowing

Regan grabbed his hand after a moment to stop him... his dad, this was the man that had beaten him and been so horrible... why was he even thinking about helping, and how dare the man even consider asking? It was horrible. "Wait a moment... It's not my decision. Do you want him to stay or not? I can be the one to tell him no if that's what you want," she whispered to him after a few moments, looking out into the woodlands, though she couldn't really make out the mans figure at all.

Tyler looked at her. His eyes were sad, hurt and angry. Even fearful. "For one, if I don't he might kill me. For two, he might have changed. For three... even if he did beat me... I don't want him to die." Tyler trailed off. He didn't know what to do. He wanted to help, and he hated his father, and he didn't want to help... but he didn't want his father to die. "Regan... I don't know what to do." Tyler said quietly, staring out at the woods where his father stood,

(Really random, but do you mind me asking what time it is with you right now xD) Regan examined his features for a moment before cocking her head... she'd never seen him scared or so sad... all she wanted to do was scoop him into a hug and tell him it was all okay... but she knew it wasn't all okay, and it might never be. But this was his decision. If he wanted his dad here... that was his choice. She just wanted to make this easier for him. "It's alright... whatever you want to do. We can see if we can get him in, and if he does anything we'll take care of it, yeah? Why don't you go and tell him that?"

(Totally fine... 1:00 PM) - Tyler glanced at her. "Okay then." He took a breath. "I'll tell him I will help him get in... but if they refuse I'm not pushing. I feel he gets in and does something..." Tyler trailed off, shaking his head. "I'll get very, very angry. No more lunching trees if he does something.." Tyler growled, stalking into the bushes. He glanced back one more time. "...thanks Regan.." he murmured quietly, disappearing. Tyler walked up to his father, his gaze hard. "I will help you get in... but I'm not pushing that hard. If they don't accept I make not doing anything about it. Also, if you get in and do something to me or Regan, I will use you as my new personal punching bag." He snapped, his gaze cold and hard

Regan nodded quietly. "I'll go talk to the leader and let him know," she murmured quietly. There weren't any beds left... but that was fine. His father could sleep outside for all she cared. She watched him walk off before sighing and scampering towards the leader... he said they'd accept the person if she trusted them. But she didn't trust them, and that was what scared her the most... but she soon returned to where she saw Tyler scamper off to. She stared up at the older man, her lip slightly curled in disgust. "He says yes," she told him, eyes hard on him. "If you so much as lay a finger on him, I swear I'll rip you open and gut you myself," she snarled before turning around and stormed off... she really hated what he'd done to Tyler... and when she said that, she really meant it.

Tyler glanced sideways as he saw Regan storm into the clearing. What she said to his father... it really warmed Tyler's heart. Even though that was definitely not normal. - Aaron looked at Tyler. "I will not lay a hand on any one of you." He grunted, glancing sideways as the girl... Regan stormed through the trees. He looked slightly surprised at what she said. -Wilcat- he thought with a snort, raising his eyebrows as she stomped off. - Tyler cast one last glance at his father before leaving, going back to the clearing. He was immediately stopped by Lily. - "Oh my gosh Tyler THAT was your father!? I heard everything! He is so tall... and strong looking. Would he strangle you? Why do you two hate each other? Why does whatever that girls name is .. why is she protecting you? Why does she hate him? What did he do? What is his name? How tall is he?" Lily asked - Tyler stifled a groan, looking down at the girl. He clenched his jaw... then his fists as the questions went on. "Why would you listen in on a private conversation? Please, don't ask about my father anymore." Tyler said, just barely keeping a growl out of his voice. - Lily opened her eyes wider. "Ooooo it must be bad! I listened because I wanted to... and I didn't know it was a private conversation. You were so loud I could hear you from here!" Lily smirked, walking away - Tyler swore he was going to strangle her... he took a deep breath and glanced around, seeing his father talking to another guy.
