Max nodded "Yeah it is... I do a good job and I have a few friends in my coworkers..." she chuckled "The close friends I've made even gave me some of their vacation time..." she blushed "I'm grateful to them... but I missed you so much." she said looking at him thinking about what he'd said, it made sense... "After lunch could you try?" she asked "I can satisfy my hunger for a bit but the baby always wants more..." she chuckled softly "Maybe thats what i'm lacking? er well... what it's lacking."

Maxine nodded "I am so grateful to them." she said with a smile thinking for a moment "So you were awake while you were getting pieced back together...?" she asked "Wow..." she murmured "Will it hurt?" she asked "As long as it won't hurt I'll try anything..." she admitted between bites.

Maxine gave a nod "Alright" she said happily "Thank you."she said gently nodding "Alright... i'm glad it didn't hurt..." she nodded "Also... now that we're going to stay here for a while... I thought we could put a little nursery together in that bare corner?" she suggested gesturing toward the empty corner.

"Yeah no..." she chuckled "I would have felt even more horrible for leaving you to that monster Roxie if you had felt that for 3 months..." she murmured softly before shaking her head "I left all my sketchbooks in the hotel room... I couldn't exactly grab them and I couldn't exactly go back for them after the fact eitiher..." she said "But I could probably sketch some new ideas up." she shrugged.

Maxine giggled slightly "Alright... I don't want something specific to a boy or a girl though I want something that could be for either." she admitted "I don't know if I want to know until its born... and I don't know if getting a scan is a good idea... I don't know what they could see on an ultrasound..." she told him as she finally finished off her meal "But all of that sounds great." she said happily.
