The men laughed, grinning half drunk. "Hey, she available for the night?" One called, his words slurring

Ben glared back silently, and guided Emma into the kitchen, away from those crazy guys. "Let me know what I can help with," he said, looking around for something to do.

Emma stiffened at the man's words, walking to her room. I just need to clean overall. Dust, do the floors, laundry"

Ben nodded, and began to sweep. He kept an eye on the men and Emma, making sure she was all right.

Emma took the laundry to the washer, the men obviously talking and laughing about her

Ben finished sweeping the house and dusted the furniture, then began to mop the kitchen floor.

Emma eventually kicked the guys into the bunks, a few hands being swatted away before she walked back to the house. She walked straight to Ben and kissed his neck before melting into him

Ben was just finished mopping the kitchen when Emma came up to him. He chuckled a little and wrapped his arms around her. "Well, hi there." he said, kissing the top of her head. Then, more concerned, he asked, "How're you doing?"

"I'm tired, stressed, scared. But with you staying, I'll be fine" she said, breathing in his scent

Ben looked at her softly. "I'll always stay, if that's what you want." He closed his eyes, trying to portray bravery for her.
