The gentle pressure of Finn's hands over her ears was the first thing she noticed, and the softness of his voice—“Shhh, Sunshine... it's okay, just rest.”—made her heart flutter with a mix of warmth and confusion.

She hadn’t realized how tense her body had been until his calming presence washed over her, grounding her again. Slowly, she lowered her hands from her ears, glancing up at him, the concern in his eyes softening the sharp edges of the world that had been too loud just moments ago.

“Finn…?” she whispered, her voice barely above a breath, still not fully awake. She wasn’t sure what was real and what was a dream. But his steady hands on her, his familiar scent surrounding her, it all felt so right.

"Are you okay?" she asked again, her voice a little firmer now, though still thick with sleep.
