Anya shook her head with a type of chuckle. "Nope... the boy is awful with them," the girl noted before rolling her eyes. "You're a lot better with them. I think Luther just wants to boss them around whereas you're more likely to work with them rather than against them." Anya wasn't lying by saying that... and from what she'd seen those years ago, Sage was quite good with them. Animals in general, really. Luther just wasn't. After a moment of quiet, the girl reached for his shoulders and rubbed her thumbs into the top of his shoulder blades with a small chuckle. "Go get this off then do your stitching. The pins will give you a guide as to where to cinch it. I've got a son that I need to spend some time with," the girl told him with a sweet looking smile.

Sage chuckled and shook his head, rather amused at that. "I honestly can't see Luther bossing anyone around, maybe other than his servants," he hummed with a giggle. He glanced back at the girl with a grin at her touch and nodded. "You go get Att all dressed up too," he chuckled. "The doctor ready set up an area with some toys and books for him in the office if you need to drop him off tomorrow," he added, reassuring the girl a bit. He headed to change back into his old clothes then, waving at the girl as he slipped into the bathroom.

Anya cocked her head at him slightly, obviously a little surprised by the fact he couldn't see Luther bossing people around... well, she supposed the boy had gotten better over the last few years. He still had his moments where he could be a bit... loud, though. "You haven't been here long enough to see it," she commented after a moment with a small chuckle. She nodded when he said the doctor had set everything up for the child... it was good. Or else the boy would likely be bored and cause more trouble. She found that she was always got herself worried that the boy would get bored... that was when things started to go wrong. What if he got bored when he was older and decided to go exploring the way she had? Anya had gotten very lucky not to have gotten herself killed in the years before she'd met Sage... Atticus might not be quite so lucky. "Tell him I said thanks," she hummed lightly before giving him a bit of a wave and slipping off to find the child... she wanted him to try on the tiny suit she'd made for him, then she'd maybe take him out to watch the guards... it was something he always enjoyed.

Sage chuckled and nodded with a wave as he slipped into he bathroom to change. He got changed relitively quickly, and sat down on his bed to sew. He worked for about an hour and a half, not very long, but it looked pretty darn good if he did say so himself. It didn't look like it had been altered at all, which he supposed was rather a good thing, since he did have to look nice. He would shower later, and do whatever else he thought of along the way. Maybe he could have the doctor help him out and trim his hair or something. He had to admit, he was getting a bit excited about this whole thing....and while he wasn't too keen on dressing up, he supposed it would be an Interesting day, so he could deal with it.

Anya made her way towards Att's room after grabbing a smaller beige box from her room, a light smile on her face. The outfit she'd gotten for the child was a bit more simple... less busy, she supposed. It would be more comfortable, and she guaranteed he'd look adorable in it. She gave a slight knock on the door before wandering and greeting the child with a grin. She quickly told him what she'd gotten, and made sure he liked it before telling him to go and try it on. She made sure it fits properly before having the boy get out of it again, then asked him if he had anything he wanted to do. As she'd expected, he wanted to go and see the guards training... she supposed he liked the idea of seeing Luther, who'd become a father figure for the boy, leading so many people... have so many people looking up to him. She took him out for a little while before dinner, then came back in with Luther and the rest of the guards to eat... then she made sure to get the boy to bed. It was probably only about five o'clock by then, but she needed the boy to be vibrant for the next day... happy. And she'd probably need a (very) early night herself.

Sage lay around for a while before deciding to eat dinner a bit early, and then taking a nice long shower to clean up perfectly. A nice warm shower was nice anyway. Besides, he had to work out more than a gazillion knots in his hair, so really he needed lots of time to do that. It was definitely easier with wet hair than dry. He got out a while later, and as soon as he stepped out of the bathroom, he was met by the doctor, who had scissors and a comb, and he set him down in a chair, fussing over his hair. It was amusing, really, but he supposed he could use a trim. And the doctor was better than he'd be.

Once Anya had finally gotten Att to sleep, the girl moseyed towards her own room. Her dress was hung up on her door... and she found herself staring at it. Luther walked in after about ten minutes, a slight smile across his face as he spotted his fiance staring into the dress. He hummed and walked over, carefully running his hands in front of her to get her attention. The girl jumped a little before glaring at the boy, then huffed and looked back towards the gown. "I don't think I like it," she finally complained. This just made Luther chuckle. "I think it looks fine," he told the girl with a small smile. The girl just wrinkled her nose and shook her head. "The sleeves are too long, and the trim isn't neat enough." Luther, though, just looked at the dress before rolling his eyes. "It look's fine, Anya. No one is gonna notice the trim. And you said you liked the sleeves before. Look, you're probably a little stressed out, so go to sleep... you'll feel better." Anya gave a bit of a groan to that, and in response, Luther picked her up and chucked her onto the bed. "Seriously, go to sleep," the boy hummed, a small laugh escaping him. The girl just glared at him, though, but got comfortable anyway... plus, he was probably right.

Sage couldn't help but figet as the doctor fussed over him...it took a while, and admittedly, he wasn't the greatest at sitting still for very long. Scratch that, he just couldn't sit still. Well, unless he was dying or something...that did tend to slow things down a bit. But he was healthy enough now, so sitting for two hours as the doctor trimmed his hair was...well, difficult, to some extent. "Now are you almost done," he whined for the millionth time, kicking his legs like some kind of child. In response, the doctor huffed and snipped a few more hairs before nodding. "Go wash yourself off. You don't have to scrub, just rinse off," he grumbled. Sage groaned, but wasn't going to argue...it was a bit itchy to have hair everywhere, and if it was showering or sweeping up said hair...he'd rinse himself off again. So he let the doctor clean up while he slipped back into the tub briefly, and then when he came back out again, he gave the doctor a grin, though the man just huffed and tossed a tiny silver thing at him. "And fix those awful nails of yours," the old man grumbled. "Then eat and get some rest." With that, he left Sage to do as he pleased...or rather, left him to do as he said. Though, Sage had to admit he was a bit hungry by then, so he decided to just do as the doctor said, and was asleep within the hour.

Once Anya got comfortable she did find it pretty easy to drift off to sleep. Which was good, because she needed it... their guests would be there by lunchtime the next day... so she should get up a little earlier to give the maids a bit of a lecture. And make sure her father was ready, because god knows the man wouldn't get out of bed unless he had to. She slept through the night fairly well, but found herself awake at about six in the morning. She didn't try and get herself back to sleep, because she'd never get herself to wake up again. She sighed and got herself up and ready, but only onto some comfortable clothes... she'd get changed again later. She went down to the kitchens and gave the cooks a quick talking to before doing the same with the maids... she then went to wake Luther up again, quickly asking him to go and sort Att out for the day... it was about eight in the morning by then, so there was a little time to her head together.

Sage slept until closer to ten in the morning, since he hadn't slept well the previous few nights. He did wake up through the night briefly, but fell asleep quickly, which was a relief. By the time he woke up, the doctor was already bustling about, and practically shoved a plate full of food at him as soon as he opened his eyes. He yawned and sat up, picking up an apple to munch on while he woke up a bit. Really, he wasn't very hungry, but he decided he'd better eat while he could. He'd promised to make an appearance, and he was going to....he'd put work into this by now, so he may as well. Eventually, though, he got up and decided to wander around and see what his friends were up to. He'd get dressed up later...at the last minute possible, really, but he wasn't sure what time they'd be at the castle, and he did want to now that. Besides, he had a feeling Anya was already bustling around, stressed, so she could probably use some calming. Between him and Luther, she was sure to be calmed down at least a little bit. Unless he made things worse, which was completely valid.
