Eventually sage found some meat and cooked it up, but kept it rare so there was still a little bit of blood there, adding a few veggies and stuff on the side before grabbing some water and bringing it to Celeste, plopping down next to her

Celeste ate hungrily, stuffing her face.

Sage curled up on the side of the couch, watching her. He didn't really have an appetite, so he hadn't eaten much himself, but that didn't matter.

Celeste ate half, shoving the other half to Sage.

Sage sort of wrinkled his nose, sort of waving it off gently. "I picked at it while I made it," he lied. "Not super hungry anymore."

"Sage, eat, you're gonna need your energy,"

Sage sort of groaned but took a piece of the meat she was offering him. He'd eat sw to appease her, but she's get the rest of what was on her plate. He wouldn't get through it now.

Celeste yawned in exhaustion.

Sage noticed her yawn and moved to peck her head. "Why don't you get rest for bed," he suggested. "I'll stay up and watch the kiddos," he added
