Anya gave a small hum and a bit of a shrug. "I can have something that might help you sleep sent down. I'm not sure what, but we won't know what'll work until we try." Anya looked out the window behind Sage's bed before raising a brow. "We could maybe have some money sent out to you. If you want to try and commission art, you need a bit more money to keep yourself going while you start up," she murmured thoughtfully. It might be a bit more of a... peaceful way to live. Though she did have a feeling that if Sage chose to go into art, he might struggle to keep himself occupied... in other words, he might find himself bored and go out in search of trouble.

Sage chuckled and shrugged. "I can talk to the doctor too, he might have some tricks or hints or whatever too," he mused. He hummed in thought, wrinkling his nose slightly. "Only if I can pay you back once I do get going," he told the girl, crossing his arms stubbornly. He hated to take more money....he liked to make it on his own back, not someone else's. It might be a good thing to do though...more money meant a better life for sure. At the very least, it would please his father, if the man was still around by the time he got back, or it would just give him enough to pass out somewhere and leave sage himself alone. Anya rolled her eyes before putting a hand on her hip. "Fine, pay me back, whatever makes you happy," she hummed with a small chuckle. She didn't care if he gave her anything back. As long as he was on his feet he could do whatever he wanted as far as she was concerned. "Are you planning on coming out at all tomorrow? Maybe for dinner. I know you don't like the higher-ups, but it might be a good idea for you to build up some contacts... make some friends. It's not just the king coming. It's his advisors, knights and maids... there'll be a whole bunch of people," she hummed with a small smile.

Sage snorted and then wrinkled his nose slightly. "That's exactly why I don't want to go out there," he chuckled in response to the girl's comment. "But I'll probably end up wandering around. I'll be out there when they get here anyway, to try and read the situation." He wasn't at all sure they were going to have an all peaceful meeting, and if they were coming with bad intentions, then he wanted to know. He was pretty good at recognizing that, too, so if he could warn Anya and Luther that something seemed off...well, he'd do it. And they'd probably listen to him, too. "Ill probably pop in and out through the day," he admitted. "I'd love to say I could keep myself holed up in here the whole time but we both know I'm going to end up curious and in the middle of the whole thing," he groaned, though in a rather amused tone. "I do promise to try and not insult anyone too badly, though. At least not where they can hear me ," he assured the girl, knowing his quick temper and firey tongue could very well start an entire issue, and he didn't want to be the cause of a war.

Anya hummed and perched on the side of his bed with a bit of a chuckle. "We're already not on very good terms, I don't think. They're here to sort out a peace treaty... if you say somethig to one of them it could very well be the thing that starts off a war," she told him, shaking her head slightly. "All of our maids and servants are being dressed up smart tomorrow. So that they're all neat and tidy... presentable." The girl looked him over before huffing out a breath and reaching out to run her fingers back through his hair, so that she was kind of brushing it back so she could actually look him in the eye. "You're gonna need to be smart too. Sort your hair out and get in the shower. If one of our own comes across as untidy, they might take that as us being disrespectful... and thats not what needs to happen."

Sage grunted and nodded. "I got that based off of everyone running around like their butts were on fire," he hummed. He wrinkled his nose slightly and nodded. "I can keep my mouth shut while they're here, but once they're gone I can complain," he chuckled in a rather amused voice. He knew the girl was being serious, even before she moved his hair to look him in the eye. He gave the girl a grin and snorted in a rather amused way. "Fine, fine. I'll make myself look nice," he chuckled. He reached over to oat the girls leg reassuringly. "Don't worry, I don't really feel like starting a war today," he mused. "Maybe next week," he joked, trying to get the girl to relax a little bit. "It'll be fine...you did a great job. Try not to worry too much, alright? You have two attack dogs behind you if anything does go wrong, too," he pointed out, referring to the fact that both he and Luther would do anything to protect the girl.

Anya pursed her lips slightly before rolling her eyes again. "Don't worry about it too much... the suit will look good, it was made for you. Just tidy up a bit," she told him with a small smile. She raised a brow when he said he didn't feel like starting a war... she almost didn't trust that. "Yeah, for some reason, I don't believe you," she hummed in an almost playful manner. She was still a little concerned for the days ahead... her mother had said everything was good, and she did trust that Luther would keep an eye on her, but she still had a feeling that she'd manage to let something go wrong... even if it wasn't her dealing with the negotiations. She cocked her head at the boy when he referred to himself and Luther as attack dogs... it was amusing, to say the least. "Really? You're alright with calling yourself and a friend of yours attack dogs?" The girl couldn't help the silly smile across her face... it was nice to know she'd have two people behind her to keep things going smoothly, especially if things didn't quite go to plan.

Sage chuckled and rolled his eyes. "I do know how to bathe," he chuckled, shaking his head at Anyas comment. Then he wrinkled his nose at the girl's teasing and stuck his tongue out at her. "Haha," he grumbled, though of course in a playful manner. He grinned slightly and shrugged at her last comment, rather amused by her comment. "Hey, attack dogs are cool. Besides, I don't mind following someone I like around," he hummed. "Besides, if they're gonna treat me like a dog, I'm more than fine to bite them," he chuckled. It was really a joke, but it was also somewhat serious ....he was treated that way, or worse, all the time. But if someone was going to treat him like an animal, then he'd bring them and animal. He didn't care how he won, he just knew he needed to win. The road to winning could be as dark and awful as it could be, and he really couldn't care. Maybe that was a bit concerning, how easily he could kill and how unaffected he was by it, but whatever.

Anya cocked her head slightly when he gave his unamused ha. "Not my fault. I've seen you start fights, and wouldn't dare put it past you to fuel a feud between our kingdoms," she told him with a small chuckle. She grabbed the box that was on his lap, opening it up before pulling the shirt out. It'd been years... and yet it still looked brand new. She remembered being so excited about it, about getting Sage all dressed up... and she'd known he wasn't so keen about it, but for some reason, he'd still let her drag him off to the tailors. After all of that, he'd never gotten to wear it. She felt her chest twist a little at the thought but chewed the inside of her cheek before folding it back up again. She raised a brow when he said he'd act like an animal if he was treated like one, a clear smile across her cheeks. "God, no don't bite anyone. Who knows what you're carrying," the girl teased before wrinkling her nose playfully.

Sage chuckled, knowing what the girl had said was true...all of it...and while he really couldn't argue with it, he could still make a face at the girl in clear play. He couldn't help but look over the shirt when the girl pulled it out of the box...he had to admit, it did look pretty cool. He hadn't seen the finished product all those years ago, and while he didn't exactly like getting dressed up, he did find himself a bit excited to own something so....nice. Expensive, if you will. Even if the girl had been the one to pay for it, she'd gifted it to him, and while he'd told the girl she could do whatever she wanted with it, he figured she'd give him whatever she got out of it. Though, she seemed to be just giving it to him to wear and then do what he wanted with it. Maybe it would be fun to play dress up and act like he was higher up for a night. At the very least, it would be interesting. He snorted out a laugh at the girl's joke about him biting people and shook his head slightly. "I think the doctor's chased out every speck of bacteria on me by now," he giggled, "And here you are taking all the dirt away. I don't think there's much left," he giggled.
