Sage was more than happy to just cuddle for a while longer, eventually drifting into a light sleep, being tired from their early morning exercise

Sage woke up a few hours later, sliding out from Remy since he was hungry and he knew Remy would be hungry too when he woke. He just tossed on a pair of boxers and a shirt he left unbuttoned since it was just the two of them there, moving into the kitchen quietly to make something up

Knowing Remy liked fish, he moved to pull up the crab traps that he'd set up the other day, preparing a somewhat fancy crab dish for him for when he woke up. Part of him still felt like he needed to please him by doing things for him. It felt right, making him happy. That was normal. What wasn't normal was feeling like if he didn't do this, Remy would leave him. He had to keep him interested. He couldn't make up his mind about how he felt.

Remy woke up a bit later, throwing on some boxers. He walked out instantly smelling fish. He brightened up. "Ooh, what'd you make?"

Sage half jumped when he heard remys voice, spinning around with a surprised yelp. Then he gave him a sheepish grin and leaned against the counter, nodding his head towards the dishes on the counter. "Crab," he noted lightly.

"Ooh," he grinned, going over to the crab. "Mm, can I have some?"

Sage rolled his eyes with a chuckle. "No, I made it all for me," he noted sarcastically, moving to wipe his hands off on his boxers and hand Remy a plate.

"Oh... uh- okay. It's fine, I'll just catch something when I go-" he cut himself off when Sage held out a plate for him, now very much confused.
