"Solitare it is" She smiled a bit as she laid some cards face down in rows each row a different length with one card face up at the end. She laid the rest of the cards in a pile face down. "So pretty much you just want to put them all in order." She said as she lined the ace cards above the rows of cards by the rest of the deck. "You cannot put red on red or black on black. So if I have a black three here." She pointed at the three of spades. "I would either flip the rest of the deck until I found a red two or move this red two," She picks up a two of hearts from one of the rows and moved it to the three of spades placing it slightly on top of it so he could still see the three-card. "Here, you want each row to go from king to ace if you need one card that might be in the middle of the row you have to move the entire row of cards. You want to get all the sets in order moved up onto the aces here." She points at the ace cards. " So instead of making this row longer, I can more this two of hearts up to the ace of hearts. " She moved the card as she said. "and that's pretty much it." she looks at him, "Sorry if that was a lot at once." She giggled a bit.

He nodded his head slowly. "I think I got it." I chuckled. "I'm used to getting a lot of information at once. This information happens to not be something bad, so I'm all for it." He scooted over next to Ellie and lay on his stomach, propping himself up on his forarms. He cocked his head and looked at the cards for a moment before reaching out and moving the cards until he had all the king's face up like he was supposed to. "Like that?"

"Yep," She smiled as she moved a few cards around to get them in order. She moved a red queen onto a black king and a blackjack onto the red queen after flipping a few cards in the leftover deck leaving the rest of the rows untouched.

He nodded. "It's a mind game, kinda like fighting." Then he grinned. "But unless I manage to cut myself on the cards it won't hurt me," he chuckled. He but his head down on his arms, which he crossed in front on his chest. He stifled a yawn, since he was enjoying the game, but using his brain had taken a lot of energy since he was 99% sure he had a slight concussion.

She let him play a bit before taking a turn as she gently rubs his back as she watched him.

He glanced over at Ellie at her light touch and then went back to looking at the cards. He had never been comfortable with physical touch, but Ellie's hands felt nice, especially since he was sore from the fight. He guessed it just showed how much he trusted her. The thought struck him hard, and he was starting to understand the feeling of love.

she moved a few more cards continuing to rub his back as she did.

He rested his forehead on his arms and closed his eyes. He fell asleep before he knew it, since he was tired and the rubbing felt nice.

She looks down at him a giggled softly she moved the cards and laid down next to him continuing to rub his back.

He subconsciously moved closer to Ellie, since she was both warm and comforting. He had never been able to sleep in peace before she arrived, and a deep sleep now and then was doing him good.
