Celeste ate, taking her time, breathing to calm herself.

Sage grunted when he found a few key similarities to the pictures and a few articles the weres had pointed out. "Queen Aspen....that's her name," he noted. "Or ...was. She was killed a while back," he added with a shrug. "They say it's a mystery....I'm willing to place my bets on the empress."

Celeste nodded, "Okay, so how does that relate to us?" She asked.

Sage bit his lip and shook his head. "I don't know," he admitted. "Maybe she just really hates werewolves," he snorted. He sighed. "I just....feel like this is important," he added with a groan.

Celeste sighed, frustrated. "But she doesn't normally go after people like this,"

Sage nodded, knawing at his lower lip. "I don't know," he sighed.

Celestw sighed, frustrated.

Sage flopped against the couch with a frustrated huff of air. He did keep digging after a moment, and one of the weres moved to help him

Celeste kept on studying.

One of the weres found the pack this queen was in, and eventually found a pedigree in one of the books. "Look at this," they'd said, and sage peered over at it. "No heir," he noted, frowning slightly. The only baby she's had was a mystery, it had been marked as dead.
