Rosa let out a breath she didn't realize she was holding. "Thank you so much"

In the quiet hum of the lights,and the constant beeping of the heart moniter,dove's cooed as their call echoed.Caden lie still,and unconcious on the hospital bed.

Rosa falls asleep holding his hand as she sat in a chair she pulled next to his bed

Caden's hand twitched and his eyes fluttered open. "Rosa?" The words escaped his mouth quietly,weakly and,raspy.

Rosa woke. "You're awake!" She says with relief. She grabs water from the bedside table and gently helps him to a sitting position. "Here, drink"

Caden slurped down the water and groaned as his side had been causing severe pain along his hips,back,and neck. "Rosa,what happened?" He questions.

"You were bleeding out and passed out from blood loss"

"Woah,that's make for a cool story later.Imagine me getting a new position and there like, 'oh,do you have any crazy experiances?' and me just being like 'uh yeah,i passed out cause i did'nt have enough blood.' That'd be pretty funny." He said.

"It's not funny! You nearly died!!!!" Rosa sniffles

"Baby,im still here though.You're the one who got kidnapped over here in the first place." Caden said as he slipped his hand through her hair.
