Mari ended up sitting about for maybe two hours, and she just seemed to... jell with the group. She was going to see if Tyler was alright... but if he needed anything, he'd probably come and talk to her. She went back to her tin room, only to fine that her 'roommate' wasn't there. She huffed out a breath and got comfortable anyway... she was tired, and an actual bed was... well, wonderful. She didn't know where Lily had gone off to, but she was asleep before she could figure it out.

Tyler saw Regan disappear into her cabin/shack/metal thing that I dint know the exact name of. He rolled his shoulders and glanced around. Tyler didn't even know what Mitch looked like... ah well, who cared. He wasn't sleeping in there anyway. As soon as Regan disappeared Tyler grabbed his backpack and jumped up into the tree he was leaning against. The first ranch was probably about 7.5 feet off the ground.. Tyler could just barely reach in when he jumped. That meant no one else would be able to reach it. The leaves were very thick and there was a place where three branches met... Tyler felt very safe and contained. He hung his backpack on a branch, settling down against the trunk about 20 feet up and falling asleep within a couple minutes.

Regans sleep was a bit... choppy, to say the least. She was worried about Tyler. She'd been quite close to him for the last few weeks, and she knew he wasn't exactly looking forwards to people, but she was glad that he'd decided to come with her here. She joked and sometimes she got snarky with him, but she did like him, really she did. She woke up early the next day, and Lily, who was meant to be her roommate, was gone again. She was a bit odd anyway. She sighed and forced herself up, deciding to see if the boy was alright... she had to look around a little bit, but eventually, she saw him in a tree... she tried to wake him, but eventually had to throw a stick at him to wake him up again.

Tyler shifted slightly as he heard something or someone calling.., but he stayed asleep. Then a stick hit him in the chest. Tyler yelped, opening his eyes and lurching forward. He fell about gen feet before catching himself on a branch with one arm, grabbing with the other and swinging to a lower branch before jumping down. "..ow" he said slightly, rubbing his arms. "Oh hi. How are you this morning?" Tyler smiled sheepishly,.. thought it was true, his arms did hurt after catching all his body weight... after he fell ten feet. Tyler hoped he hadn't made Regan mad by sleeping in the tree.... he had meant to wake up earlier.

Regan watched the boy catch himself before swinging down to a lower branch. She raised a brow at him before chuckling softly. "You're like a monkey," she mused to him. She then shrugged. "I'm better than I've been in... a while," she told him with a small smile. "Did you sleep in the tree?" Her smile dropped a little bit... "You should have come and found me if you didn't want to stay with someone else, the Lily girl never showed up so we could have swapped," she told him gently. She hoped he'd settle here soon... she'd dragged him here, and she felt bad that he wasn't comfortable.

"Monkey's are much lighter than me... even if they were as big as me." Tyler grunted, rolling his shoulders with a wince. "That's good. I'm glad you are happy here." He said quietly, glancing around the camp. "He looked at her, his gaze dropping slightly. "...yes. I felt more comfortable out here." He sighed, glancing at her. "You're right, I should have. If she doesn't show up again I will" he nodded, shifting his weight to his right leg. He looked back up in the tree. There... twenty feet up... was his backpack. Tyler let out a low groan, jumping up to the lowest branch. He pulled himself up slowly, his arms hurting a little more after the fall. Once he got all the way back up he was panting. Tyler grabbed the backpack and swung back down a little easier... though he was still tired and sore when he got back down.

Regan wrinkled her nose at him a little bit before chuckling. "Next time... I just don't want anything bad happening to you. I'm sure if you give it a chance you'll like it just fine," she told hun gently. She really hoped that was the case... she didn't want him to be somewhere she hated just because she wanted to be there... that would be horrible for him, and he didn't deserve to be so unhappy. She's follow him anywhere, so if he wanted to leave, she could leave with him. She watched him scale the tree up and down, and still just looked like a monkey to her. "No matter how heavy, you really do just look like a monkey," she mused lightly. "You look sore though."

Tyler looked at her. He wished he didn't feel so thin and scrawny, yet so heavy and tired at the Same time. "I really don't." He snorted, looking through the backpack to make sure everything was there. "And yes... sleeping in a tree then falling ten feet and catching not yourself with just your arms tends to render you sore." Tyler muttered wryly. He wasn't angry.. just a little tired. He really hoped Lily didn't come back.. so he could at least feel safe while sleeping. Just as he thought that he saw a sky blue tank top bouncing through the trees. Tyler felt a groan rise inside of him... though he kept it in with some effort

Regan rolled her eyes at his little comment. "Well aren't you tired to day," she mused of toy before shaking her head. Of course, she didn't care much... she was used to his snarkyness by now. She smiled when he said he didn't look like a monkey though. "Oh, you do though. You don't see yourself from where I'm standing, and to me you seem like a monkey," she chuckled in a playful tone. She pouted at him after a few minutes. "Awe do you you need a back rub for the pain? Maybe I'll ask this delightful young lady," she chirped, pointing at the girl who was bouncing through the trees, a sarcastic grin across her face. "I don't know why you're so agitated by her, she seems sweet!" She told him with a smile.

Tyler cast a glare at her, though at this point it was more playful. He decided arguing wouldn't help... it never really did, and he was a little tired. Too tired to keep arguing, anyway. He glanced at the direction Regan gestured, making a face. "She doesn't exactly strike me as... sweet." "And that's... that's just..." he couldn't even think of words to reply to her comment. "No I do not,.. and if I did I wouldn't ask anyone!" Tyler retorted, rolling his eyes. It wasn't even his back that hurt, it was his arms. So there. He walked over to a different tree, looking up and examining it to see if I turned looked more comfortable. He had a feeling he would be sleeping out here tonight...
