Sage chuckled lightly and nodded. "Dad hates me for a lot of reasons," he noted with a shrug. "I've kind of grown used to it," he admitted. He gave the girl a slight grin when she tried to make a joke, and then made a pained face. "Ugh, I know. You're literally the only person who's ever been even somewhat nice to me, so I'm afraid I'm not the most socially perfect person," he groaned. He wasn't upset though.

Quinn snorted. "You'd better improve your skills." She snickered, making sure everything was arranged nicely in the tent. She then brushed Sahara out quickly. "Well, its about 3 Pm. What would you like to do for the rest of the day? Please, don't say I don't know, just think about it." Quinn chuckled, combing out her horses tail

Sage chuckled lightly and shook his head in amusement. Then he cocked his head and hummed before grunting. "Why not just....sit and talk," he suggested, pointing to a spot of soft grass in the sun. "I mean...I'm going to be your husband in three days, and I don't even know your favorite color," he noted with amusement. He did want to get to aknwo the girl...but he was half afraid to do it. What if she got to know him and decided she hated him, like everyone else did?

Quinn chuckled. "Maybe you should have suggested that... hmm how about half a month ago?" She teased, walking over and sitting on the grass. "To answer your first question, my favorite color is black. No surprise there. Since some people argue that's not a color, my favorite 'color' is red. I just want to say that black is ALL colors so it IS A color" Quinn snorted. "Anyway, what is your favorite color?" She asked, tilting her head

Sage grinned rather sheepishly as he went to sit down beside the girl. "I know...I just didn't want to think about getting married then," he admitted. "Hard to do that now," he murmured, shaking his head a bit. Not that he didn't want to get married, or that he didn't like Quinn....but this was early. He was still young. And he was lonely. He wanted to really truly love someone. And he'd never get to do that. He had chaos, but that was different. Quinn was a lovely friend, but that's all she was....a friend. And he was marrying her. He chuckled lightly and nodded in response to the girl's response. "I figured as much, all the shirts you took were black or dark grey," he chuckled. Then he shrugged and waved his hand at the forest. "Anything out there," he hummed. "I'm not picky."

Quinn smiled. "It's fine... I'm sure the feeling was mutual." She joked, looking up at the Sky. "So.. you are going to make me answer all the questions while you say 'oh anything' to them?" She teased, giving him a sidelong glance. "Well since you want to know Moore about me start asking some questions. I'm nit going to read your mind for you Andy answer them without you speaking." Quinn snorted, waiting for any more.

Sage chuckled lightly at Quinn's comments and shrugged. "Maybe," he joked. Then he hummed in thought for a moment before sighing. He was bad at this....he really wasn't sure why to ask. He'd never done something like this before....never had a friendship of any kind, let alone a marriage. "I guess....well, how old are you," he asked.

(I had to look back at my character sheet lol) - Quinn shifted her weight. "I'm 16, and you?" She asked. She hated her Mother for marrying her off so young, but whoop de do not like her mother cares. Quinn stared up at the Sky. She squinted upward. It had been really hot today... and now the wind was picking up. She could see storm clouds gathering... Quinn's face twisted into an unhappy frown. She could stay wind out here... but rain would freeze them to the bone, and it's not safe to be around trees in a lighting storm. They are... in a... forest. Quinn hated what might come next.. but she knew it was probably necessary I felt the storm got worse. Plus, she wasn't going to fend for herself AND let the horses fend for themselves. Quinn turned to Sage. "We might have to go to the castle tonight..." she muttered, glancing up at the Sky again like she might be mistaken

(Lol, me too) Sage hummed lightly and nodded. "I'm seventeen," he informed the girl. "By a couple months." He wrinkled his nose slightly. "You'd think they would wait until we're at least adults to marry us," he huffed. Then he glanced over at the clouds and nodded. "The storms will be here in an hour or so," he sighed. "I can hear the thunder already. I wanted to stay out as long as possible," he admitted. "But the barns are safer than out here, and we have our own rooms for now, so it shouldn't be completely awful." He shrugged. "We have to share a room once we're married so..." He trailed off with a shrug, not really knowing what else to say.
