| When we save injured Canadian geese the vet rehabber just puts them down. Kind of sad. We got a band back from one of them before, I think she was a 6 year old goose if I remember |

| Ally poor hawk, at least he was ok and you guys abed him! We get all kinds of injured birds here unfortunately. There’s two rehabbers nearby but they’re both iffy and unreliable half the time |

| oh! I had to call a rehabber for a wood duck one day - pretty sure it had gotten hit by a hawk but got away. luckily they came and last I heard the duck was recovering well |

| Definitely sounds like a forever memory XD I caught a blue heron last year that had hit the high like wires. The rehabber never showed up and it didn’t make it that night sadly. Was cool though. I had to chase it across a parking lot. |

| I got the chance to save a Dekay's Brown snake from a cat one night. itty bitty noodle lol |

| If it’s venomous or even not I just pretend to be brave and unbothered when grabbing it 😂 |

| Fillies, I feel like half the snake calls here are rat snakes lol better than copperheads or otherwise |

| A couple weeks ago at work we had a rat snake taking a swim in the pool! Gladly it wasn't a problem to grab it out ands rehome him! :D |

| In town here there was a hawk caught on a fishing line swinging above a pond at some apartments here last year or so. That was interesting. |
