| we stand our own stud, so we dont breed out much, but this mare were taking out is going to be 20 next year so not many more chances for us to get a hold back filly from her that isnt related to our stallion |

| Ahh, Maidens are tricky. I do always PH test. It also allows me to pop down there and have a good look/notice any changes. Good luck, i hope it all goes smoothly for you and they stop hoarding them! |

| I would prefer they foaled out before we get busy getting ready for breeding weve got 3 breeding checks on the mares we left open last year and then were taking the one to an outside stud this year to cross a little more cow on her straight run |

| yeah, we just hit day 330, I was SURE yesterday my mare was going to go, it was rainy and cold and miserable and she was pacing and uncomfortable and literally streaming milk but noooooooooo were still holding on all 3 of them are like "meh nah" |

| This is my fourth trip across the states.. first two was San Diego to Mississippi and back, third was San Diego to south florida.. and now this one.. hopefully last one for a while T.T |
