| I just wanted the authentic experience like I had in kindergarten of using a jar. I smell like butter. Not a bad thing. Definitely faster with a mixer but I got an arm work out |

| I do it with my Kitchen Aid- PUT A TOWEL OVER THE BOWL because when it becomes butter it can be very sudden and no one likes washing buttermilk off the cabinets. (Well, my cats do.) |
