Anya chuckled and pouted slightly, a tell tale blush across her face. "I don't think you know me that well," she started with a slight chuckle, "I think I know you, though," she hummed with a slightly raised brow. "Wanna play a game?" She asked with a mischievous grin. "Two truths and a lie." She did get what he was saying... he did leave very suddenly. If anything, him being stronger when he left was probably only prolonging his suffering... it probably meant he felt it more when he was hungry, and that he was weaker because of that.

Sage grinned and pointed at the girl's face."you're doing it right now," he cackled. He cocked his head slightly, a mischievous twinkle starting in his eyes. "Why not," he hummed. "Not like I have anything better to do," he teased the girl, scooting over and patting the bed so she could sit down. He leaned against the headboard, shoving drawings off to the side so Anya had some room to get comfortable on the bed. "You can go first, since I obviously don't know you well," he hummed, a bit of his old selfs humor slipping out. It was nice to see...maybe he could heal. Physically he was healing, but maybe he could heal inside, too, even if it was just a little bit.

Anya grinned and hopped onto the bed next to Sage, getting comfortable before giving a hum of thought. They were too old for silly little games like this... but, it wasn't like they had anywhere to be. And, although they wouldn't admit it, childish little games like this could be quite fun at times. "Alright, let's start easy," she hummed lightly with a grin. "I've travelled to France, am deathly afraid of ladybugs, and can not for the life of me cook," she hummed with a childish grin. "What's the lie?" It was a bit obvious... though, she wasn't sure if he remembered anything she'd said it the past... so it'd have to be a complete guess.

Sage grinned over at the girl. "I don't think you've ever traveled to France," he hummed. "I do recall you freaking out over a bug, though I forget what kind it was," he chuckled. It was funny..they were adults now, but these silly little games seemed so much more fun than they did a few years ago. Or, maybe he'd just learned to appreciate silly little games and the ability to act like kids sometimes, without any responsibility or anything. Well, either way, it was nice to just spend some time with Anya. He had to admit that.

Anya grinned and nodded her head. "Yep, that's right," She hummed with chuckle. "Seemes strange to speak the language if I've never even been to the country, though," she trailed off slightly with a bit of a pout. She looked back to him bright eyed with a slightly tilted head. "Alright, you go," she hummed before shifting slightly so that she was leaning back against the headboard. She was a little surprised that's he'd remembered her little freak out with the bugs... it seemed so long ago now. Back when they'd first met, when they were trying to get to know each other a bit more. Well, she supposed that was what they were doing now... trying to get to know each other a little more.

Sage chuckled and shrugged. "You never know when it could come in handy," he chuckled. Then he hummed in thought, cocking his head slightly. He barely knew anything about himself, he realized. The small things like favorite color or anything even, he just wasn't sure about. "I am not the biggest fan of the draft horses out back, I already managed to set something on fire, and I found Chaos again." This one really was a guesser for the girl...and he only knew because he had done (or not done) most of them.

Anya cocked her head slightly before raising a brow. "I don't believe you don't like the draft horses," she murmured after a moment. "I can totally wrap my head around you setting things on fire, though," she murmured with a slight chuckle. It had been a while, too... more than enough time for him to find Chaos, if he really put his mind to it. Her eyes widened slightly at the realisation that he might not like the draft horses at all. "You can't tell me you don't like the draft horses!" She told him in a type of amused telling off.

Sage chuckled at the girl's reaction and shook his head. "No, I don't mind the big old dorks," he told the girl. "I like the faster ones more, but I still like the big ones." He'd found Chaos a day or so prior, and the horse had definitely aged better than he had. And, of course, he had managed to set something on fire. It was an accident, though somehow he always managed to get something like that to occur. "The doctor had a box of matches laying around, and apparently the curtains are flammable," he chuckled. "Don't worry you can't really see it. I'm not sure he knows so shh," he giggled, holding a finger to his lips with a grin.

Anya glanced around the room until her eyes landed on a slightly blackened bit of a curtain. She shook her head, though she did have an amused smile across her cheeks. "And that's why we don't let children play with matches." Really, the thought of Sage flapping around and trying to put out a fire was... amusing, to say the least. The girl grinned back at him before pouting slightly. "Good. Because if you didn't like them I think I'd have to go," she hummed with a smile. "Actually, why don't we go and grab Att and go see them? I love the big ol' lumps," she hummed with a grin.

Sage grinned sheepishly and shrugged. "At least it was entertaining," he chuckled. He chuckled again and shook his head slightly before shrugging and nodding when she suggested visiting the horses. He always liked the animals, and he knew Att did too... except the boy was asleep. "Oh ..except Atts currently asleep in Luthers room," he informed the girl. "He spent the morning running around with that wooden sword." It was amusing, and thinking of the boy playing around brought a smile to Sage's face. "He really wants to be a knight," he hummed.
