Sage followed her out eagerly, hopping in the truck and starting it quickly

Celeste got into the car, but she kept fidgeting with her hands, eager to go hunt.

Sage drove down to the forest quickly as possible, just as excited as Celeste. Once they got there, he took her hand and tugged her towards the trees, eagerly listening for any prey, nose moving as his sniffed.

Celeste smiled, running off into the woods with him. She stayed on two legs while he dropped down to four, but they hunted pretty similarly.

Sage just loped alongside Celeste as she ran, the two of them eventually dialing in on a large buck they worked together to bring down

Celeste jumped up into the trees, getting a good angle on the buck from above.

Sage kept the buck within the forest, just enjoying running after it and herding it around for a while until he let Celeste jump down and make the kill, panting heavily by then but quite happy with the activity

Once Celeste had made her kill, she tore the head off for her to take the blood from, and the body for Sage to take.

Sage let Celeste take the head, sort of crouching over the animal as he just knawed on the raw meat. He got blood that way too....and it did tates good

Celeste pierced her fangs into the head, sucking the blood out of it all until it was nothing more than a shriveled piece of dry meat. She tore the antlers off for Sage to gnaw on and to make teethers for the kids, and then approached Sage and the body, digging into it, looking for the heart.
