| Well, on a more cheery note. Guess who got accepeted into the literal highschool of my dreams!! It ridiculasly far to drive but we made a deal with a bus driver and managed to down the price as a 'part-scholarship' Not an actual scholarship but they're making an allowance for me |

| I had to go through all the poa, will stuff, ect earlier this year when my father was diagnosed with cancer. There is a ton of stuff people dont even think about until you have to sit down with a lawyer and you actually have to do it. |

| Power of Attorney is while someone is living. Executor of Estate is something for after that person passes. POA end at death and people think that they allow for you to handle things after their death and it doesn't |

| I basically get everything and anything of my step-dad's that goes to my step-sister, I hand over. That's basically what the wills say |

| Dank, that is 100% the best thing to do. I speak to so many elderly who one spouse handled everything and they don't know what to eat for breakfast let alone what needs to be paid |
