Regan followed him along quietly, the voices soon getting quieter. She watched him slamming his fist into the tree, wincing every time she heard the bark cracking, when he stopped, though, she furrowed his brows. "Oh, Tyler, you're bleeding," she huffed as she looked at his fist. "No... it wasn't smart at all," she looked up at him and gave a bit of a chuckle. "But did it help? Though, I can't see a reason for you to get so pent up about anything... why are you so upset," she asked with furrowed brows.

Tyler looked at her. "....thanks. I'm bleeding." His voice almost had a saracastic hint to it... but he took a breath. "Sorry, yes I'm done now." He said quietly, flexing his fists and wincing. "I told you it wasn't the smartest" he snorted. "It did help.. a lot. I'm angry because I don't see a reason for those people to be so disrespectful. I wouldn't have cared if they pointed weapons a thing us and demanded why we were there... but instead they grabbed us and started screaming at us with no explanation." Tyler sighed. "And yes... I get mad about stupid things sometimes.." he said quietly, he looked more sad then mad now. He glanced at his fists, seeing the damage was a lot less than usual. Also... he usually punched for a lot longer.

Regan rolled at him after a moment or two. "I'm trying to be nice, and you know you don't make it easy for me," she told him after a few moments. She then nodded at his next few comments... they could have been a bit nicer about dealing with them, but she did get the concern... they were strangers that had walked into their camp, and she knew she wouldn't have been too friendly if some stranger just walked into her cabin. "Well, I mean it does make sense... do you remember what you did to me when we first met? It wasn't all that different," she eventually told him. She then gave a reassuring smile. "It's alright to get angry at things, I get it," she heard someone shouting that the dinner was ready and nodded. "Lets get you cleaned up then we can eat hm?" As they walked back, she gently nudged his side. "That girl... Lily? She thinks you're cute, I think," she mused to him. She didn't know if he'd picked up on it or not... but she'd guessed from the smile she gave him.

Tyler sighed. "Yeah.. I'm not the easiest person. I am sorry about that." He murmured, turning to look in the direction the camp was. "Well at least I didn't try to hurt you.." he muttered. That just brought up more bad feelings... gosh why couldn't he just throw away all emotion. "Eating sounds great at the moment." Tyler smiled slightly at that thought and started walking back. He was thinner than he usually was... which meant he was sore most of the time. Tyler knew Regan was much worse off than him because his body just ate its own muscle. That's why he was sore... but not skin and bone. He stopped as Regan said her last comment, raising an eyebrow. "Humph." Tyler grunted, turning back and continuing to walk. He didn't know exactly what to think of that...

Regan shook her head at him. "I don't make it easy either. We're both a bit odd," she mused lightly to the boy. She then cocked her head at him a little bit. "You had a death star to my throat... I think I got a little cut..." she teased him as she went to touch a tiny mark on her throat, though it was barely visible. Regan grinned playfully at him when he grunted, though it was a little bit amusing... he seemed a little bit socially inept, so she did find it a bit amusing that he was so funny about it. "Aw, you're both cute," of course, she was a stranger, but it was fun to tease him all the same.

He cast a glare at her and entered the camp, hoping nobody tried to kill him. His tall frame was cast into shadows in the late evening light + the light of the campfires. He glanced around, almost wondering if he should just go catch his own food and cook that elsewhere.

Regan wandered along next to him, a bit of a smile across her face... she was normally quite good with people, so flashed a smile to everyone as they went to sit down on a little wooden seat... she was handed a bowl of stew, and she had to admit, it was pretty amazing... she hadn't had any flavoured food in ages, so this was amazing. There were people to talk to, as well, with was of course wonderful to her.

Tyler ate the stew quickly, getting up when he was done. He just realized with dread... he would have a roommate. A male roommate. A stranger roommate. Bad.. very bad... Tyler furrowed his brows and glanced around, uneasy. He wondered which idiot he would have to stay with... -don't think like that. They must not all be bad- he thought, flinching slightly as a bird flew overhead. Tyler was on edge... he didn't want to sleep in the same cabin as a stranger. That was almost as bad as tying his hands behind his back and laying him out in the middle of the forest with him screaming, 'Hi I'm lunch for any hungry animals!' That might he exaggerated slightly... but not much. He was not going to do that. Tyler would... sneak back outside and sleep in the middle of the camp or something. Even better... he would sneak out, climb a tree near camp, and fall asleep there. Better, safer, and more secret. Contented he had a plan, Tyler relaxed just slightly... though his eyes were still steel hard and ready

Regan ate a little bit slower... well, mainly because she was enjoying getting to know everyone. Sure, a few of them were a bit... odd, but all the same, she was happy to have human beings with her. Tyler was great, he was, but she enjoyed people that weren't constantly trying to jump out of their own skin. And, for once, she was actually full... she couldn't eat any more. She did look ill, but then again, she had for months. She was barely surviving, and that was more than clear. It was like she would pass out at any moment... but she had a feeling being here would help her a bit weight-wise. She watched Tyler get up with a frown, but she could make sure he was alright later... she was just excited to set up her room.

Tyler stalked over to the small metal thing and grabbed his backpack, shouldering it with a wince and going to the edge of the clearing to lean against a tree. He put the pack down beside him. If it were Tyler's choice... he would have taken a couple mile walk... but he knew he should stay within eyesight of Regan. So he just stood there with his arms crossed, waiting and watching. Almost looking like a guard of sorts.
